The hotel is near Lavender station (near Bugis and City hall area). It is very easy to go out for sightseeing and go to airport. Although the room is a little bit small but it is comfortable.

The room is clean but it seem the staff did not changed my bed sheets during my staying periods, e.g., 6 nights. For a long trip, it may not appropriate.

The accessibility of the hotel to where ever we want to go, food, and place. Staff especially Mr. Reyster Ang who was very professional, customer service expert and handled some challenges very well. He and other staff made our stay (1week)comfortable and stress free. Food was good and price was fair enough. Dining hall was also clean. I would like to the recommend the hotel and it's staff. Value for money, safety and accessibility is very good. Place was always full because of how they treat their guests. Will be coming back for sure ❤️

No bidet and bathtub. But it's okay.

The location is excellent, MRT is just below the hotel. A lot of eateries around and a supermarket is just a block away which is very convenient. The hotel is quite at the centre of everywhere so to go any tourist attractions is very easy by any means. The hotel does not provide any laundry services or provide any iron and ironing board to your room but there is a coin laundry and dryer (SGD$5 for laundry and SGD$5 for dryer) and 2 iron and ironing board available on level 3.

If you prefer bigger room then this hotel is not for you it is quite small but thanks to the big windows it give a senses of a bigger space overlooking the city view. There is no bidet / hose in the washroom but that is just a bonus if there is one.

Room was OK. Location is perfect, it's right on the MRT station. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly worth it.

The internet was super slow in our room. We called up the reception for it, and they said that they will check with IT, but I don't think there was anything done to improve it. It was so bad that my emails won't even load. We were better off with our mobile data.

Room is a little small but that’s the value we pay for. Transport is very convenient, MRT is next to it The best thing is you will never get hungry, food it everywhere close to hotel.

Excellent location, literally above Lavender station. Staff is friendly, and responds fast in emails. Complementary drinking water is given and replaced everyday.

Hallways smell weird, no bidet in the bathroom, bathroom floor (outside shower area) gets wet even when the glass door is closed.

Very clean and great location. Close to many restaurants. Nice pool and gym. Very close to the MRT making it very easy to get around and to get to and from the airport.

When we arrived, the receptionist did not greet us by saying hello. I introduced myself and showed her a copy of our booking. Her response was " give me your passports". She checked us in, handed us our key and off we went. Very unfriendly. No please, no thank you. No smile. Our floor smelt of cigarette smoke which we could smell our room. I reported this on the first night of our stay but we could smell the smoke for our entire stay.

All of staffs are very kind and helpful there! Me and my daughter swims at pool every morning during stay that made a good start of Singapore trip! I stayed 4 of us (parents and 2 kids) and i felt room wasn't that small people mention (not big enough though). But it was enough space to stay. Location was perfect! Just out of entrance and walk a bit to right side then you can take a elevator to get MRT (EW11) that is perfect for me who has 2 stollers. So for me, I would love to stay there again when I back to Singapore! Thank you very much for your support during my stay V hotel Lavender. All the best!
