Location was great. A little bit of a walk to 'downtown' but MTR and the buses are sooo easy to use and accessible in Singapore. Also, it is lovely in the immediate area around the hotel. Lots of restaurants and very close to the middle eastern area with quirky shops and nice cafe/restaurants. Staff in the hotel were all very friendly and obliging.

TV reception was awful in the room but who needs to be watching TV when in Singapore. News channel was good, so that was fine. We had to ask for more of the coffee sachets as they only left one each day, but again, not a major issue.

Only stopped for one night as off to Malaysia next day. Location for food was good, plenty of choices, room was surprisingly large for the price. Wet room en-suite with soap and toothbrush’s supplied. Was pretty happy with what we got for the money. Staff were friendly enough.

Couldn’t seem to get the aircon at constant temperature, but that was just a small gripe.

The front staff was very friendly and helpful. We were early for check-in time but the staff still give us the room upon our arrival at the hotel.

There is no toilet available in the lobby area and we need to go to level 1 for that. The available toilet was also so small that it is hard to move. It is advisable to go back to your own room if you have the intention to use the toilet as it is more convenient.

The room was nice, nicely located at the centre of the Singapore & tourist attraction. Definitely a comfor stay when you are in budget travel. The drinking water also bottomless - can be requested at the counter while iron is available upon request.

Air con is controlled by reception. So if cold could not turn down, but could phone them to do so if required

Most staff were friendly

They kind of misunderstood that I was checking out at 630am, and just stuffed all my things into my luggage. Spent a good day to sort it out. Could use with softer pillow as option.

Staff friendly and helpful. Great location. Clean and comfortable beds. Shower a good flow.

Room was smaller than expected. Hard to manoeuvre baggage and selves around. Shower went cold pretty quick. No bedside tables. No window in rooms so felt boxed in.
