The hotel is very close to the city center. It was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was good value, with a variety of food.

They advertise the spa place only to find out when you check in that you need to make a reservation and you are allowed only 1h inside that area. Even though we asked a few days before the arrival if we needed to inform anyone about wanting to go to the spa and they said no, we were told when checking in that the spots for that day were gone and we could only go the next day. Also, they do not provide the rooms with bath robes and slippers for the spa, so bring your own.

We arrived with 3 little kids for 5 days, had very nice time in the hotel. There is a parking and when full the staff helps finding one. We booked family room (2 floor room) and they were great, the kids slept on the 5th floor and we had the 6th floor (with jacuzzi). Both floors have air conditioning, the rooms are large and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and we received baby crib with no problems. The breakfast has variety and we always found what to eat... amd our problematic kids included...

Top floor has wifi problems.

Very modern hotel with excellent large bathroom, except for small shower cubicle. Good location, although not in old town, but it’s close to the large shopping mall and good location to access the railway station, cable car and old town and lots of shopping around it, with a Lidl almost next door. Good breakfast with free coffee machine

Lovely big bathroom (I can only speak for our room), but has a small shower complex with 2 closing doors. very confining for larger people. Should install a nice big walk in shower, they have the room!

The location, it's clean and cozy.

The door cards (2 of them) didn't work after one use and we had to go downstairs and request a new one every day (2 cards / day). Nobody did anything to fix this, they just gave us new cards every day (but we had to go upstairs, try, go downstairs, get new card, go upstairs and enter the room). Every day was too much. We kept the card in various places (not to be near magnets).

The location is very close to the city center; we liked the room's facilities and the view from the terace. The bed was large and comfortable; the room had good amenities, including tea-making facilities, a desk and lounge chairs. Air conditioning was powerful and efficient (on a very! hot day), without being disturbing: it did not blow directly on the bed, which was a big plus. Everything worked well, which is probably the main thing to want in a hotel. Bathroom was nice, with good space. Breakfast was pretty good - decent variety of foods, omelettes very nicely cooked, decent coffee. Things were replenished quickly.

The hotel is facing a relatively busy street, and while the room was pretty well insulated, it could not keep out all outside noise (ambulance sirens were the main culprit). It was definitely not too bad, but people who hear too well should be well-advised. :) Also, price-quality ratio was decent, but not great.

Hotel is well located 10 minutes walking to the city center. Breakfast was good enough with all basic needs. Small parking just in front that facilitates the rental car parking during my stay. perfect for a couple that wishes to visit Brasov

The room and the Hotel in general show some age in my opinion needs some work to bring some freshness

The excellent location is very clean and has very polite staff. For healthy eaters, the breakfast provides fresh veggies and fruits. Easy to reach the main street, not to mention that it is close to my favorite coffee shop in Brasov, "Galleria Art and Coffee", which offers, besides good coffee, a great view over Tâmpa.

great place to stay close to the city center, 10-15 minutes walk, big rooms, helpful staff both at the reception and in the restaurant, plenty of choices for the breakfast, with parking.

the jacuzzi had too much chlorine and couldn’t stand for more than 10 minutes :(

This place looks nice. The room I got had its own little living room with a couch that I slept on the first night while my phone and headphones were charging. The restaurant is good, and location is great, just a short walk to a great night life and restaurants.

I had read before some reviews that were a bit skeptical. I was fully satisfied, however. The location is near to an uninteresting road, but for those who want to be at the old town, it is less than 1 km of walking away (and therefore a better price for what you get than inside the old town). Not all rooms may have a great view, but the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast choices are not superabundant, but it's still a more than above average breakfast, in my opinion. And the personel was kind and helpful. No plastic commercial smile, simply a no-nonsense friendly attitude.

Not really any criticism to give. I was fully satisfied. For a business trip (conference) of one week in a different location in the old town, this was an excellent place to stay.
