Room was clean and tidy. Cleaned every day. Good condition. Mini bar was excellent addition as was the safe to keep valuables/cash safe. Beds very comfortable. A/C worked well to keep room nice temperature. Quiet too despite the road itself being busy. Breakfast was very good. Continental with cereals, hot and cold meats, pastries etc... Help yourself so you could have as much as you liked. Excellent coffee. I did not see any tea but there was hot water so you could bring your own tea bags if needed. The hotel itself is about 30 minutes walk from the old town but taxis are cheap (compared to the UK) costing £2-3 for the trip into the old town and at most £4-5 anywhere in the town.

Nothing for me personally although my wife would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room of which there were not. There were not many plug sockets available although the double socket we had did also have a couple of USB charging ports so we managed fine but if anyone has need of lots of sockets they may struggle. Very minor things which did not detract from an excellent stay.

The room was spacious, clean, warm and the bathroom was clean with environmentally-friendly soap dispensers. Wi-Fi worked great, breakfast was diverse and tasty. Reception staff was helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff did an excellent, consistent job, they are well trained. The hotel has an unusual room entry system: upon providing email address, one checks in online and receives a numerical code for room entry. Location is somewhat of a walk (30 min) to the old city, but it is half way between train station and the old town. There is a supermarket nearby. There was a refrigerator, but no tea kettle in the room.

I had no major issues, except sharing a breakfast room for two mornings with a >20-people gang of super loud Italians with kids. During one night, there was a dog barking from one of the nearby houses. The mattress was somewhat soft for me, but it is often so in eastern Europe.

The room was cozy and clean. We were comfortable, had a good rest, and relaxed during the day. The breakfast is delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything in the hotel looks clean and well kept. This was a great stay and Hotel Brasov will be our next stop for when we visit some other time.

There is no elevator, which is only a problem if you need to take heavy luggage up the winding stairs. But there are only 2 floors, so it's not really that bad. There is a parking lot, but it only fits about 5 cars. The alley you drive through is narrow and may be blocked by cars parked on the public street. Still, pretty manageable situations if people leave their numbers in the window.

The room was very nice - clean and quiet. The breakfast was OK.

Didn't have any socket near the bed - in fact there was only one socket available in the room, far from the bed and just above the floor, and originally it was used for the desk lamp, so I had to disconnect the desk lamp to use the socket. The lighting was too dim - I can understand hotels that won't put normal lamp on the ceiling but even with this design choice, the lighting was not good enough (couldn't even use the desk lamp to add some more light, cause I needed the socket).

The room was quite nice sized, with good internet connection that even allowed me to do stable work through a VPN connection.

A room to the front of the hotel means a little bit more of street noise. If you are a deep sleeper like I am that it is not much of a problem, but if you are a light sleeper than consider to upgrade to a back room. I have missed having fruits for breakfast. But the rest was fair. The hotel even was able to provide Gluten free bread upon my request from the second day onwards.

The hotel is roughly a ten minute walk from Brasov station, this being easy to find, and in spite of being adjacent to a main road, there was no noise within the hotel. The room was spacious, the temperature comfortable, as was the bed, and there was a really good breakfast included in the price.

Extremely glad that I had a smartphone, as the hotel has a lot of high tech features including opening the room door from your phone!

Reception staff were very nice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was good near the rail station but quite a long walk from the attractive old town centre, so we took taxis. Breakfast food was pleasant.

Breakfast diners were made uncomfortable by the supervising lady who constantly interfered but did not replenish eggs etc promptly. We discussed this with other guests who also wanted a more welcoming atmosphere.

Very clean, confortable, warm, great breakfast, parking place and very helpfull staff. We knew to ask for room with garden view as they are much more quite so when we arrived, at 15, the staff was very nice to check us in a garden view room. The rooms have warm flooring, carpet, are very clean. I read complaints about the size of TV. It was big enougth. The parking is small, but we checked in early so we managed to find one. Breakfast was very good, many choises, omlette or eggs, yougurt, cheese, vegetables, cereals, really lots to choose from.

Hotel was OK.

The window looked to the street and it was very noisy.

Good sized room and in January with snow on the ground it was always warm, I was located at the ear of the hotel so very quiet. I came by train and it's clear that the station is not in the centre but this hotel is well positioned halfway between the two, I had no issue walking from the station and to the old town, this suited me fine.

I can't complain - sorry :-)
