The hotel is situated about 10 yards from the main square and well within walking distance of all the iconic sites of the old town, and it's well decorated and is in a good state of repair. The staff are really friendly and most speak very good English which was a bit of a relief for us as Romana noastra nu este grozava... The breakfast was great - loads of the expected options and the ones we tried were all really nice. The hotel is right on a main road (we didn't hear it at all from our room) and is a well-known one that appears on Google Maps, Uber and Viator as a pick-up and drop-location which made the travel side of things super-simple.

I have stayed at Bella Muzica for the first time in 2006 during a business trip. Since then I have stayed there many times in all sort of situations (as a couple, with friends, with family, during summer, during winter, even during Christmas). Same great experience every time, from genuine smiling and helpful staff to very clean and comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. The food in their restaurant has also always been a great option. Not to mention the excellent location.

My only complaint is that I don’t manage to find them available every time when I need to book a room in Brasov, but this hotel is always my first choice since I’ve discovered it many years ago, so most probably I am not the only one booking it every time when looking for accommodation in Brasov.

The room was very large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was the same. We were sorry we only had one night to spend there as the hotel was really wonderful. There was also a very nice restaurant that was attached to the hotel and we really enjoyed a delicious meal there. It was downstairs and it reminded me of being in a beautiful brick cellar. It was homey and just a perfect way to the end of a busy day of sightseeing. Good wine, delicious food, beautiful clean room, and very friendly people who worked at the hotel and the restaurant. We could not have asked for anything more - except more time to spend there.

Excellent staff, speaking English, it's not a given here, we booked a room facing the square, the hotel is bright and tidy, in an antique style, eat in the hotel's restaurant, it's in the basement, you get a ten percent discount, for those arriving by car, get to the hotel, park on the side of the two tracks ( The opposite route is one route) to leave luggage and go to park the car in the hotel's parking lot, they will explain it to you. There is nothing more worth saying!! We booked a free tour through the GURUWALK app that leaves at ten in the morning right in front of the hotel, highly recommended

Absolutely loved my stay here! The room was lovely and very clean. The hotel is located right in the old centre square. Very easy to walk to the main tourist attraction points. I took a day trip out to Bran Castle and the desk staff were very helpful, printing out bus routes for me and offering to organise a taxi. The breakfast was nice, a typical continental breakfast. I highly recommend visiting the hotels restaurant while staying there- I reserved a table for myself and treated myself to a three-course meal and some wine. It was one of the best meals I have ever had.

The rooms were very warm (it was the middle of winter). I struggled to sleep in the warmth, but this was easily fixed by opening the windows.

It was all great, the hotel itself is lovely, the room is spacious and pretty, as is the bathroom. The location couldn’t be better, so convenient to everything but totally quiet. Breakfast was good too. Best of all, Cristian at the front desk was the nicest guy, so friendly, professional and super helpful. He spent so much time assisting me with my plans, getting train schedules etc, gave great recommendations for things to do, where to eat etc. Really made for a memorable stay. Highly recommend for a visit to Brasov!

I think for this level of hotel, i expected there to be a water bottle in the fridge for guests when they arrive. Most hotels do, as well as coffee/tea and hot water (but at least the water bottle - it’s a small thing but guests appreciate it).

Fantastic location. Lovely view of main square and easy to walk around to the main sites. So many bars and restaurants nearby with outside seating. Good comfortable, clean facilities. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

The windows let in light and sound from outside and it’s a busy road, and for a time there was loud music on the square. It would be nice to have better soundproofing and blackout curtains. Also the shower over the bath was hand held only. It would be better if there was a wall attachment.

I expected there to be at least water in the refrigerator, tissue paper in the room, slippers in the bathroom, and a trash bin in the room. Of course, these are my expectations, and perhaps they are too much, but they have not caused my dissatisfaction. The breakfast was excellent with many options, but I wish there were also options like bean stew or a light soup.

The location is wonderful.

The quality of the coffee beans is not the best, therefore the taste of the coffee is so-and-so, more so than so, if you know what I mean. Also, it would be nice to find a salad made with freshly cut fruits. Not from a can. The telephone in room 308 does not work. The password for the internet is given, but the network is not necessarily available whenever you want. In this situation, the staff is not knowledgeble - this is strictly my experience, maybe in all other days it is. Finaly, the network is established, and everything is good and fancy again 😄
