- Location in the city center in a very quiet street, accessible by walking, uber or public transport - The attic room is very cosy and spacious - breakfast available at request - they have a baggage room - the ceiling window is very nice

- The pillows are way too hard, there should be two types of pillows by choice - the furniture needs to be replaced, as it is getting old and we had one door from the wardrobe broken and cannot access a part of it. - the heat is not turned on before check-in and there is quite cold. - there is no complementary water - missing one bathrobe - the carpet was a bit dirty, maybe some renovation should be considered

Location is perfect, walking distance to the black church, museums, restaurants, shops and the main bus station. the room was large and beautifully decorated. the beds were comfortable and spacious. It had bathrobes, slippers and shower-gel which was great as we forgot ours.

It was very hot inside, even when we turned the radiators off of was still boiling. the fridge and mini bar were great but no alcohol inside it. we were missing the kettle to make coffee /Tea first thing in the morning. the carpet had a very what looked like burnt stains which was a shame to see as the room was lovely apart from that. and one of the armchairs had a hanging button. just little touches that could. he rectified.

Great place! Right in the center, I would highly recommend. Staff was very very nice, rooms are big and clean, very modern furniture, you certainly feel that you are at an upper level place than you are.

All was well, very clean, very nice everything. The walking path on the upper floors is very narrow and can be risky during dark (night) or if people are not sober not to fall through the middle to ground floor, maybe it is a bit exaggerated but it is narrow. The bathroom was very clean, but for me it had a very strong smell of lavender or something similar, too strong, like someone spilled a bottle of lavender perfume there.

Amazing place in Brasov, do not hesitate to book your stay here! The location is super close to the center, yet quiet, the staff went over the head to exceed our expectations. I was travelling with my daughter and they made sure we have everything we needed, even asked about her nap time so they can plan the room cleaning accordingly. Breakfast was delicious, with local traditional food, as well as 'international' options. The room was huge and very clean, same with the bathroom. Even though our windows were facing the street, it was super quiet when closing them. Stayed before also in their attic rooms, super comfy and romantic. A big plus was the elevator, really helping when travelling with baby cots and luggage. All in all, a 5* experience! Thank you to the whole staff for the amazing stay! Will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect!

The location is great and you get a really nice view of Tâmpa (although this might depend on the room you get). The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the reception was polite and accommodating.

Compared to my previous stay at Residence Hirscher, the property would benefit from an overall refresh of some articles of furniture and the carpet. But the khaki design is still a nice touch.

The room was exactly like in the pictures. The hotel is built smart and they kept the old vibe of the building. The combination between new and old is offering the best of both worlds. The location is perfect, in the centre but also retreat.

we stayed there for one night. Even though it is implied that there's no parking offered by the property, being in the city center, the reality was difficult to accept. We stayed there during the weekend and finding a parking space was practicaly inpossible. That was my only weak point I found for this lication.

The location of the property was super In the middle of the old town walking distance from the old square

Parking was so challenging which is the case in her whole area however some hotels would have a spot or two prebooked for visitors The AC in the Appartment was not working which was a bit inconvenient in a summer night. We were provided with a fan instead however it is worth it if it was mentioned ahead of time

A beautiful hotel, historic building, extraordinarily located in the center of the city. Large, spacious room, very clean. Friendly, responsive staff. It does not have its own parking lot but can be found nearby, easily, at reasonable costs. Within walking distance of the pedestrian street of Brasov, restaurants, shops. The Black Church is right next door.

Breakfast is served in the hotel reception, totally inadequate. A few tables set near the front door of the hotel. You watch as those who come to load the bags with bed linen pass by you while you eat. Very ugly and totally inappropriate. Although located in the heart of Transylvania where local producers are appreciated and recognized for their fresh and quality products, the hotel management has chosen to offer a breakfast with very poor quality products, purchased from Metro. Uneaten bread the day before is served without restraint the next day. Very poor quality coffee, from a cheap and old machine.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The facilities were on point and the room was cleaned everyday, even though it was the New Year. We even got a little gift from them when we arrived. The location is perfect as it’s just a few minutes away from The Council Square.

The attic’s windows were too high up in the sealing

Residence Hirscher is an adapted residential building in the centre of Brasov. This gives it a certain atmosphere and also good pedestrian access to the most interesting areas of Brasov. The staff were perfectly helpful at check-in.

The rooms vary considerably in terms of size and comfort. The attic feels low and cramped. The glass (!) steps to the attic floor are a silly, unnecessary design feature that only makes people trip up. Some rooms only have internal windows. Car parking in the centre of Brasov is a nightmare. This place is probably more suited to travellers without cars.
