Near the center and Public transportation. Very clean room with everyday cleaning service. Very comfortable bed and spacy room and bathroom. Great value for money! Very friendly staff. We could leave out luggage before check in time and after check out. Late check out at 12.00

The ventilation of the bathroom wasn't good. Late check in at 16.00pm.

The hotel was centrally located, at walking distance from the old town, with a tram stop nearby and a metro station (about 600m from the Hotel). The cleaners tidied our room daily and provided the necesarry hygiene products. The staff at the reception was friendly and helped us with our queries. All in all, i would say that this hotel is value for money and we had a very pleasant stay there. I would recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in Bucharest for a few days.

The double bed in the room was comfortable but some bigger people could find it a bit small. Although it was not an issue, some areas of the room (like the corners of the shower and the space behind the mini bar) could have been more carefully cleaned.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. There was a problem with our assigned room and they instantly gave us a new one. Also good location, close to the center (Universitate station barely 10 minutes away, walking slowly), and with a Shop & Go right across the street, convenient to buy some food.

A bit disappointed by the small size of the shower, both in width and height. I even hit my head on the top of the door once. Nothing serious, but I think it was actually the first time I ever bumped my head on a shower door :D Also the walking space around the bed was bit too limited.

Upon arrival the check in was quite easy and the host (might be the owner) seemed nice. The room looked quite as much as the pictures you see. I would say that it is very well kept normal standard. Cleaners does a great job, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower and in the room is a little fridge. There is also a grocery shop 50 m away. The breakfast is not similar to any other pricey hotel but is ok. I cant say anything about the walking distance to the center/attractions since i used Bolt everyday. The stay was very well worth the price.

In general i'm very satisfied with my stay. To point out a couple of things to my fellow readers: the elevator is small and so is the shower with doors. The view from the windows is nothing to look at but hey, you are in Bucharest to enjoy the city and not look out of the window.

Location is really close to central. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Staff is friendly, breakfast is good. Room was rather small, but enough for two and our stuff. Bathroom was really good, nice water pressure and as much of hot water you need. Corner shop just few meters from hotel and one of the coolest coctail bars few hundred meters behind hotel.

Breakfast was ok. Maybe a bit more variety could be ok. The cleaning staff changed towels every day, which is nowadays quiet rare, but anyway welcome. Staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. It's a hotel we would recommend if you want a good location and are satisfied with some minor needed reparations.

The cleaning was not always ok. The curtains were not properly fixed, a closet from the mini bar was loose. The floor could be mopped more often.

Me and my family booked in August two rooms since we are a four-member family. To begin with, the day we booked the rooms we needed just one request of ours to be satisfied, we wanted the rooms to be next to one another or even close at the same floor, so we messaged to the accomodation and no one answered. A few days before we arrive at the accomodation (19th of October&we arrived at the 23rd) we messaged the same message to them and then they replied that our only request cannot be satisfied and to my mind we should be informed about it beforehand, (when we booked the rooms and not a few days before). As for our stay at hotel we are satisfied enough, the only fact I want to highlight is that the towels were not changed everyday. It is more than clear that when the towels are dirty and on the floor they must be changed, 3 of the 4 days we stayed there the towels were not changed. Moreover, they were not enough, e.g: they took the foot towel and they did not replace it, in conclusion the roomservice was not consistent. The sheets were changed daily and the breakfast was good. When it comes to the reception the guy who is responsible for the breakfast when he was at the reception desk was the best of all, he informed us about everything we asked and he prepared us takeaway breakfast for the day we left because we were about to leave the room very early.

Nice location, very nice restaurant across the street. The hotel is is old and could be cleaner but the rooms and beds are comfortable and the price is nice for such a convenient location. Personnel was nice but they should learn better English.

Every morning we had to pay separately for breakfast. Our group were 3 people so 3 separate payments and 3 separate invoices every day. Unnecessary and weird.

I have been totally surprised by the service and comfort of this hotel! Even is not on the main boulevard, is less then 10 minutes walk you are at the University Square - Km 0 of Bucharest. The room, was very clean, your bed made daily, and the towels changed. The reception personal are very friendly and helpful. I travel oft to Bucharest and i know quite few other hotels, but here i´ve been impressed by the very good value of the accommodation. Very well done and see you again! Sergiu Bodoc

The facilities, staff and the location were great. Only a 15 min walk to the old town and decent connections to the airport. The staff was kind enough to let us leave our baggage after check out at the reception so we don't have to carry it around town before the flight. All in all, great value for money.

We didn't try the breakfast, but what we saw wasn't looking too promising since the restaurant/bar area was quite small and we felt like we could get better value for 30 lei somewhere else.
