Room size is great, building entrance is beautiful, elevator available, friendliness. Georgiana was a great host. Breakfast is fine for the price, not many options but enough. Water fountain available the whole day.

Wi-Fi doesn't work at all on the 5th floor. Balcony was not cleaned. A guy sleeping on the entrance , maybe he was from the security team, but it was quite disturbing to arrive at night and see he sleeping where we have breakfast. I believe he deserves a better place to rest :)

The location of the hotel is very good, having some nice attractions not too far and close to the public transportation. It has a nice underground garage. We stayed in an apartment, which was very large, like a house, on two levels, with the bedrooms upstairs and a large room downstairs. The beds were large and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.

There are some obvious items that need some maintenance work, like the shower from the lower bathroom which doesn't drain or the shower door from the upper bathroom which will almost fall. The light from the bedrooms and bathrooms is not that good, maybe adding more lights or more powerful lightbulbs would be an improvement. The breakfast was not too diverse, not many to choose from.

The kindness, helpfulness and thoughtfulness of the staff were faultless, as was the cleanliness of the facility. The room was large and clean, the bed very comfortable, and the price very competitive in relation to the quality. It is definitely, because of the location, one of the best hotels to stay in Bucharest. The breakfast, which is international, is perfectly in line with what is on offer even in higher category hotels. We arrived at three in the morning, and although the arrival time was well after the check-in time, the courtesy of the staff was impeccable.

Everything was perfect, far beyond expectations.

Location was good, close to old town (by tram or 20 min to walk) and local market. Door is open 24/7. Staff is very kind and friendly. Possibility to park in the parking lot if you rent a car for example.

Breakfast was good but no lacto free milk. The pillow was a little stiff for me, but that's individual.

The rooms are clean and warm. Clean and change towels every day. Large enough as an area for these people. Underground parking is offered until the capacity is full. On the first floor there is an Italian restaurant, whose menu is only in Romanian and Italian.

The beds are small and narrow. The bedroom has a bed for one and a half people, and the sofa is for a small child and a teenager of 15 does not fit. Breakfast is 5 euros, but consists of 2 types of sliced ​​ham and cheese, breakfast cereal with milk bread and jam. The only vegetables are cherry tomatoes. Fruits are missing. One type of juice from a box is available.

The room was nice. A large flat with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (each with shower and a toilet). The kitchen was nicely equipped and if something was missing we just asked the reception and they provided.

Location is nice but not perfect, it is 15 min walk from subway. On the other hand, there are several restaurants near by and two grocery stores.

Very good price to quality ratio. Paid 44 pounds per day for a double bed room breakfast included in the center of a European capital. Highly recommended. Officially non smoking but if you ask for a room floor 4 comes with a balcony where smoking is tolerated. AC every room.
