-The bathroom is gorgeous (well, it was one of the main reasons why I've chosen this hotel:)) -Self check-in system is really convenient -All facilities are great, you have everything you need, from a kettle to an iron to free drinks -The room is spotless -Their restaurant is amazing

-Both me and taxi driver were struggling with finding the hotel first, and as a result I was walking around with all my luggage - The view was on the wall but otherwise, it would be facing a noisy street, and in my room it was pretty quiet

Location was the best. Pretty much everything close by on foot. The room was nice and had nice large bathroom. Nice medium of hardness beds and pillows. You get code number for the entrance since there is no reception. Our did not sent on time and I just rang the bell, so we got in. I'd say no soundproof and could hear our neighbors and doors closing, but ok. Personally did not mind that much as it wasn't super annoying. Cleaning ladies entered every day for a quick clean up! Breakfast was served with menu card to a nice small restaurant right next to apartments called Ciao Niki. This restaurant collaborates with apts and its not part of it. The girls are very very nice and especially Oana that we had more association with. You may also have all meals there! I'd go again to this hotel-apts, I liked it!

Positves... The hotel was in a great location and really easy to access and no concerns about loosing keys with a great keyless system. It's in old town but at the edge of the noisy area and within Vilacrosse Alley which contained several Cocktail bars and was just a short walk from Umbrella Alley. The room was really spacious, clean and welcoming and had everything you need for a short break. The mini bar is stocked each day with 2 of each type of drink but only 1 of each snack which was a little disappointing as we had to fight over our favourite lol The beds were really comfortable. I was travelling with my mum for her birthday so we had a twin room and each bed was a 3/4 bed. The bathrooms had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well as little.vanity sets and shower caps. They also provided robes and slippers. The decor of the hotel was really lovely, bright and vibrant.

We did feel a little cold at night so ended up putting the bathrobes over the tops over the quilts. Blankets would have been nice. I had contacted the hotel before our trip asking if there was anything they could do to make our arrival special as the break for for my mothers 70th birthday for which I was willing to pay extra. They replied saying they would do something but was disappointed to find they didn't. We were woken up by loud talking and banging about at around 6.30am which went on for quite a while to the point I opened door to see what was going ona and it was the cleaners! A little consideration for their sleeping guests would have been nice.

In terms of design, this is the most unique hotel I have stayed in. We booked three rooms for our group and each one was well designed and luxurious. Not only that, the room had everything you need (and more) from toiletries, the free mini bar, tv, hairdryer etc. The room was cleaned daily and restocked. The rooms themselves are very spacious. The location is fantastic and yes, whilst there is some noise (to be expected in a city centre location) we were able to use ear plugs and hear nothing, even for the one couple in our group directly above the bar downstairs. If you're a light sleeper, perhaps ask for a second floor internal room. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable so we all slept well. Lastly, the communication we had was brilliant and Radu was so kind and accommodating. I cannot fault anything during our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again. It was fantastic value and a memorable hotel that exceeded the quality of other 4 star hotels I have stayed in in the past. Thanks once again from all of our group!

The location is excellent, with access to all the central attractions, yet not in the noisiest part. Initially, I read some reviews about the noise coming from downstairs, but my room overlooked the back part of the passage and was quiet at night. What I was most impressed by was the cleanliness and the overall great shape of the room. The bathroom was huge and the room was sunny. The staff allowed me to enter the room a bit earlier and leave my baggage - lovely and friendly ladies that responded within seconds to my messages on Booking. Oh, and there was a little sweet treat next to each cup of coffee! What a lovely detail! Not to mention the bathrobe, slippers and good quality towels!

Not a complaint, but a suggestion: maybe add toothpaste to the toiletry kit.

The hotel is located right in the old town. It is in a distance walking from every place in the old twon and center of the city. The room is huge and the bathroom is even bigger than expected. The room and bathroom are clean and we have not suffered from exceptional outside noise. Another nice thing is the free minibar that included soft drinks beer as well as some snacks and water bottols. The refilled it everyday.

The only thing that is slightly missing are breakfast, that you could get in the old twon 1 min walking, and a reception if you need it. That being said all our wishes were answered quickly using the booking's messasing.

The room is modern, spacious, and clean. The location is right in the Old Town, which means everywhere you want to go is minutes away. They don't have a reception, but you can always reach them through messaging, and they respond quickly. I arrived early so they were nice to take my luggage until the room was ready. At checkout the room wasn't booked so they offered me a free late checkout, which was super helpful since my flight was at night. They have a free mini bar, which they fill daily with nice snacks and drinks. High-speed wifi.

The room was a bit noisy. You could hear every door opening and closing and people moving outside of the room.

Great location - an easy walk from the Old Town and only 10 minutes from a stop to jump on/off the bus from the airport. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with lovely touches like drinks and snacks in the minibar refilled daily. Check in was smooth (a small issue with our code was quickly resolved and our hosts checked back to make sure we could access everything ok afterwards) and they were happy to store our bags after checkout.

We were woken by the noise from one of the nearby bars on one night - but that was one night out of a five night stay so not a huge issue.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vilacrosse Boutique Inn! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Old Town, surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. There is no reception, but communication with the management is seamless via messages. I had a problem that was solved by the hotel manager instantly and perfectly. I truly appreciate their efficiency and kindness! The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. A special highlight for me was the bathroom—modern, stylish, and simply fantastic! The provided bathrobes and slippers were a lovely touch, adding to the overall comfort. Everything was spotlessly clean. Another major plus is the in-room amenities. There’s a coffee machine with fresh capsules replenished daily, and a complimentary minibar stocked with beer, soft drinks, nuts, and cookies—also refilled every day! These little details truly enhance the experience. As someone who works in the travel industry and has stayed in numerous hotels, I can confidently say that Vilacrosse Boutique Inn is an excellent choice, especially considering the price-to-quality ratio. While it’s not a traditional hotel (no reception, lobby, or typical hotel facilities), it offers an outstanding stay with great service and comfort. One small thing to note: the bathroom has a transparent glass door, which might not be ideal for everyone, depending on your privacy preferences. Overall, I highly recommend Vilacrosse Boutique Inn and would gladly return on my next trip to Bucharest!

We had a wonderful first experience in Bucharest, and staying at this hotel really made the trip memorable! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, with just a short walk to the vibrant nightlife, full of great restaurants, cafes, and bars. Our room was clean, funky, and stylish—exactly what we were hoping for. A nice touch was the mini bar, which was restocked daily, making it feel like a luxury experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family. We'd definitely stay here again next time we're in Bucharest!

We did have a couple of minor issues with the room, but the hotel staff was incredibly responsive and handled everything quickly. They stayed in regular contact with us to ensure everything was resolved to our satisfaction.
