Great breakfast! Service-minded, very polite staff. Comfortable mattress, slept like a baby! Newly elegant, renovated bathroom. Pool open til 2200.

If you check out in the morning before going to the pool, they (want to) charge you for an extra day. You don’t have access to the entire spa by getting the normal room, you need to pay an extra 70 lei for that.

The facilities were various(lots of types of saunas, a beautiful indoor pool, another one that immitates the nature- with rocks and a fountain, a small pool with warm salty water). The restaurant serves good food. Outside there was a pictureque view and the possibility to do short trips around the hotel. The location is not far from Cluj city(a 20 min car ride), near a forest, with nice spots to play golf(being the beginning of Spring, it was not the season yet).

If I were to say what I did not like - there is not something specific not to like, TBH. Maybe a hanger in the room and one in the toilet.

Everything excellent and especially the staff of the hotel, spa area and restaurant. As I travelled with my mother (who is 80 years old and mobility impaired) I was extremely impressed with the willingness of all the personnel to assist my mother in accessing any of the facilities (hotel, spa, restaurant) without feeling any impediment due to the fact that she was using the wheelchair to get around. A big thumbs up to the hotel for providing "barrier free" access for such guests who use rollators or wheelchairs even indoors. Top rate for the golf course.

Nothing to complain. Only a suggestion: the numerous refurbishments ongoing at the hotel, pool, golf and garden areas are of course requiring various materials and debris to be managed. And this is my suggestion for the hotel to try and better follow with the execution teams the storage of these materials: currently the beauty of some of the places surrounding the hotel are impaired because of such debris and construction materials laying around.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff were very accomodating and went above to make sure we felt comfortable and valued. The spa complex is one of the best we’ve experienced. Could have spent days here! We liked being out of the hustle and bustle, in a quiet and private location. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed a lovely walk the next morning. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

There are some finishings that need to be maintained but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

The location is great, really great organized and super clean. The spa and wellness center is amazing and everyone is very helpful and nice. We enjoyed playing tennis, swimming and walking around the resort. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy.

The last 2 km until you reach the resort is a very narrow road, a bit bumpy and at the beginning you feel like maybe you took a wrong turn, but no.

Everything was perfect, we had a lovely stay at the resort. Services are very good and the food is delicious. Also the surprise in the room for Easter was a very nice touch. The Spa is great for relaxing and I totally recommend staying here for a few days.

Nothing to be mentioned.

Very good location if you are travelling from Oradea to Brasov, very close to A3 highway next to Cluj. The hotel is placed in a very peaceful location deep in the forest. There is a free private parking in front of the hotel and you can check in even late at night. The rooms are very big and have very fancy old style. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom looks very stylish. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was amazing! One of the best meals we have ever eaten - big thanks to a great cook!

The carpets inside the room and in hotel halls were a bit dirty, the heating control unit in the room was not working properly - despite the regulation it was very hot in the room.

Perfect hotel in the middle of the magic forest .We enjoyed the super relaxing atmosphere, great SPA, massage, walking in the huge beautiful park. Big, clean room, friendly staff and very good breakfast. Good restaurants in a few minutes driving distance

Just one point, that really bothered me. There are no handrails in the pool ,bathroom and other slippery places

The rooms are very big and clean. The outside terrace is wonderful. The spa looks excellent but we did not have time to use it.

Given the facilities, we would rate the food as 8.5. During the weekends the pool is open for outside visitors and it transforms into a club, with live dj. The party lasts all day long. Too much noise for too long.

We had an amazing stay! The area of the resort is beautiful, just as our room. The bed was very comfortable as well. We really enjoyed the spa and swimming facilities, as everything was so nicely put together. Dinner and breakfast were both served in the restaurant, and were very tasty and extensive.
