Everything is brand new. Super clean, great staff – specially in the restaurant, they are incredibily nice – and the whole building seems like it was built yesterday. I also asked at what time the check-out was and they decided to let me stay until whenever I wanted without additional cost. Great hospitality. The bed was also the best in which I ever slept.

Jeddah Economic City will be complete one day and turn this location into something great. However, as of today, this is not the best place to stay in the city, specially when you consider that Jeddah has no subway and you will need an Uber for everything.

The property was up to standard. I was assigned connecting rooms with wonderful views to the ocean. Unfortunately there was leakage in the rooms’ convenience and I was upgraded to a suite, thanks to Abdurrahman. The reception was warm with guests and the telephone posts were active and very polite. Did I tell you about the Restaurant? The waiters were top notch and the food taste was delightful. Unfortunately I am unable to remember the waiters name. Altogether, from the concierge, reception, restaurant and home keeping, all were professional in their service delivery. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you four points by Sheraton, Jeddah.

During my business trip to Jeddah, I sought a comfortable place to stay and rest. Four Points by Sheraton surpassed my expectations. From the reception to housekeeping and the restaurant, everyone was exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful, assisting me with all my needs. I extend special thanks to Abdelaziz at the reception and Joepete from the restaurant for making my stay memorable and guiding me during my first visit to Jeddah. The view from the room was absolutely incredible. Having worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years at 5-star hotels such as One and Only and Porto Montenegro, I believe this feedback holds significant weight. I'll definitely return.

Almost all the facilities are good. The gym was good and the room design was amazing.

They don’t put pure shampoo and body wash instead they mix it with water! I asked the housekeeper twice to fill the shampoo container, however in the second time they fill the container with proper shampoo and body wash. In the parking area, some guests that did not respect the parish system and park their cars in non parking spots!!! and received no fin tickets!!

Nice new hotel, very spacious rooms and excellent breakfast. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Good internet.

Hotel is near a construction site which, apart from a poor view from the windows, is surprisingly quiet. Location not ideal: hotel is at very end of the Corniche, good views and walking, but everything is very far (and Jeddah is a BIG city, it just seems small on the map). Near the hotel there is nothing, just a small supermarket, and taxi do not come in the area, need to use Uber or Careem - or drive your own car. Most of the things of interest are at least half an hour away, after you have got a taxi - and it took us almost one hour to reach Old City

Everything was really good, from the staff to the room to the cleanliness of the hotel to the breakfast and lunch buffets. This stay truly exceeded my expectations.

The only thing I didn't like was the room's sound insulation. I was hearing the people in the next room in the early morning when they were talking loudly so I couldn't sleep and I had to call the manager to talk with them (and thanks to him he quickly resolved the issue). The other minor remark I have was that the elevators are small in size. There are plenty of elevators but each one can only fit around 4 or 5 person max.

The king suite was amazing… the balcony view is unbeatable…

I told the staff that it was my wedding night… I was told that an extra charge was to be paid for a special set up… as staying here for the first time and gain loyalty I would have expected that to be free of charge… I am traveling to the Maldives for honey moon I was offered free honey moon setup and a free dinner just for choosing them for my honey at no extra cost… I know I’m asking for extra but how will u distinguish ur self as a better hotel than others…!??

the staff were AMAZING! the reception lady was very accommodating and friendly , she made the checking in experience, very smooth and fast. And she made sure that my needs were met. Room service was amazing as well. I had a problem with the Internet connection, however, they sent a technician at 2 AM to help me fix it, of course, based on my demand. So they had a 24 hour service on demand which was very convenient. 

the trash can in the living room was not fully emptied out before I got there it still had a little bit of trash left in it & they didn’t offer a toothbrush.

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times and will be staying a lot for work (at least twice a month). The room this time was on the 17th floor. The furniture had spots. There were boarding passes from the previous guest still in the night stand. The pain was chipping. Not the best room I have stayed in at this hotel. I was upgraded in my last stay so I decided not to escalate my comments. Thank you.

We arrived and were upgraded to a suite. The manager is super, other personnel not so much (they couldn't bother with guest satisfaction, so if you need something speak to manager or deputy). The room was on 9th floor, amazing view. Nice bathroom and amenities. Housekeeping is quick to get what you request. Quiet rooms we slept peacefully.

The location is not for someone who wants central Jeddah, and it is very hard to get a taxi. We tried to get Uber or Careem for 45 minutes with no success (at 12 noon!). I asked someone in the front desk to help me find a taxi and she said she doesn't know how to get a taxi. until one of the porters called a friend of theirs who works as a taxi-driver and saved our day. Still rides to and from central Jeddah are very expensive (70-100 riyal each way).
