The villa is very clean and comfortable. breakfast is amazing. the pool and pool area and beach area are very clean and the outdoors are beautiful.

The water in the beach is very shallow not for swimming more like paddling pool. Women are not allowed in the outdoor pool- there is ladies pool in the ladies spa. The kids club is awfully old and dirty!!!! it absolutely does not meet the standards of the reat of the place!!! An outdoor play area for kids like just a couple of swings and a slide wd be nice.

View of the sea.was good and the beds arecofortable. And clean .The batrooms are clean . But sofa ...carpets are not clean .

The carpet and sofa are dirty also the floor was dirty full with black dust our under feets are dirty since we came . We call the reception no care to clean and say we clean after 4pm but it was dusry since we came first night .Jacozy was un clean water fall dirty too. The call center speach non good toward guest They inforce our guest to pay 500 SR to eat in there rest. during visiting me.

They have made a close attention to details which is reflected on general around the place

There are minor comments to be mentioned which are as follows: 1- Terrace door only locked from the inside, then I wouldn’t use to reach to the beach in case all of the guest wanted to leave the unit. 2- Proper maintenance checks need to be in place in order to comply with highest standards related to guest comfort and satisfaction, that being said in regard to: a) Toilets, hand shower water pressure need to be calibrated when it works with very high pressure. b) HVAC system in the facility makes noise in some of its units. 3- This is a very subtle comments regarding the table clock, it’s not working in the first place neither it cannot be adjusted.

From the moment you enter the gates, the entire complex says luxury. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Sultan and Waleed (check in) and Ghazi (welcome staff) are very polite and helpful. The junior Villa is spacious, clean, comfortable and high quality. All furniture and fittings are amazing and the attention to detail is brilliant. A lovely touch of complimentary sun hats, and beach bags, as well as a fruit basket and snacks, really shows the high standards at the resort. Swimming pools and beach area are ideal and the sunset pier was just breath taking. Has been the best sunset me and my family have seen in KSA in 5 years of being here. The ambience was perfect, music not too loud. relaxing atmosphere. My wife used the ladies only spa and she loved the massage she had. She said the spa was clean and worth every riyal. Even though the price is at the high end, its definitely worth the amount and is ideal for special occasions and celebrations. After 50 plus hotel stays in the kingdom over 5 years, this is clearly the best ''luxury hotel'' experience i have had. Thank you Narcissus - we WILL be returning soon in sha allah.

Check in time needs to be earlier and check out time needs to be later, so you have more time to enjoy the wonderful resort :) Had dinner at the sunset pier, but waited almost an hour for food to come. Fortunately, the food was delicious, but still waited a long time in my opinion.

Resort general facilities had very weak lighting in the night make you barley see your way once you decide to walk at night Check IN/OUT process was very slow because there is only one guy I’ve found in the reception

Room cleaning was late

everything is perfect, from services to facilities and quality of food. and the view is sensational. special thanks to Shabbir who severed us at the restaurant during breakfast; he was excellent and very friendly and professional.

The place was amazing from all aspects Staff were great and very friendly and very supportive I WS surprised with unexpected upgrade that was amazing I love the place and have to come many times more
