Location of the Hotel is Good. Very accessible near to Haram. Reception staff of the hotel was very cooperative, very good and very helpful. But house keeping staff was not cooperative.

House keeping staff was not good. Did not clean room daily basis during my stay. First day did not provide towels, even nor on my demand. Daily use able items not provided by own. House keeping staff provided the items when I complain at reception on daily basis. During my stay of 07 nights only once clean the room and only once change the bed sheets. Towels provided 2nd day of my check in and not change during my stay of 07 nights.

I was a bit hesitant based on the reviews here, but to my surprise, the hotel management was very kind and polite, Mr Ayman was very polite and made our check-in process very smooth, Mr Rakan helped us with any valid requests with his amazing smile, and the manager Mr Mohammad was very helplful Unlike the popular reviews here, The rooms were very clean, shower pressure was good, and even hot water was available Would definitely come back here in sha Allah

With the price the hotel is excellent for me. 7mins to Haram. No queue at the lifts.

Toilet little bit smell and if the toilet can be refurbished it would be excellent.

Room was clean. View was good. They changed the room to a bigger one because the entrance lock got malfunctioned somehow.

Washroom ceiling was leaking from one corner in the morning. It was not leaking when we checked-in. You get to hear the honking of busses and cars from street. Not much but still whenever there is a horn.

Very close to the prophets mosque.

The toilet and shower facilities needs to improve. The location of the hotel is hard to find as taxi drivers get confused.

It is very close to the Masjid an-Nabawi (only 400 meters to the men's entrance). Staff was very friendly and helpful and they allowed us to stay after the check out time without charge. Room cleaning service offer cleaning every day if you want it and ask if you need towels, water, tea... The bedding is very clean but the carpet is not. The wi-fi signal is very good even on the tenth floor where we were. Good value for money. Very important: The location given on the booking is correct, but not the one shown by google maps if you search the location through this application. (The hotel is right behind the Ali ibn Abi Talib Mosque if you are looking from the direction of the Masjid an-Nabawi)

This is a three star hotel and don't expect a look that matches a five star hotel. Yes, the toilet needs some renovation, but it is clean, there are three beds in a room that is designed for two, but you don't spend time in the room anyway except for sleeping, there is no hair dryer, there is no outlet near the kettle so you must put it on bed to reach it, but all this is negligible.
