The closest hotel to the mosque with this price. Superior location indeed. Stuff were great. I just had to wait till 4:00 p.m to check -in, but these are the regulations in any hotel. I was given all toilet necessities whenever I asked for. Staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel provided a free wheelchair for my grandmother for no extra fees. I also was guven a better room than the one I choae because it was not vacant. I used it throughout my stay and returned it the day I left. I had my family with me during my stay, and they literally liked everything they experienced elhamdulellah. Would definitely stay at the same hotel again inshu'allah.

1) Location: hardly 1 minute walk to Haram 2) Reception staff: Upon my arrival, my booking was not found and i had to wait for 10 minutes until the receptionist found my booking. In compensation, he mentioned that “ Because i let you wait for long, i am upgrading your booking from Quadruple room to 2 bedroom suite”. At check out time, i asked for extension and he was happy to give me 4 additional hours. However, i wanted some more time and half board was offered to me and that was processed in less than one minute. During my stay, i complained that one of the room’s air conditioner is not working and without any delay, my room got changed and that was of my choice. 3) Comfortable bed 4) Clean environment and seems sound proof rooms but not sure if the rooms were sound proof or our neighbours were cool. 5) 5 Elevators and no extra waiting time

1) Windows were without safety grills and i was so scared all the time and i was so attentive for my kids that they don’t open windows. Hotel management should either lock windows forever or fix grills on all windows. It is an extreme concern for those who are staying with kids. 2) Nothing else

There is no restaurant around the hotel and it's located at very far distance. They charged me double due to their system error which the manager Mr Ibrahim fixed it immediately. The basement car parking passage is very narrow, not suitable for SUV or large size vehicles. The bathroom taps/fixtures are faulty or non-functional

The location of the hotel is very nice, as it is close to haram. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable. And the house keeping service was also very friendly and available round the clock.

The washrooms were not so clean and not in a good condition. The on premise cafeteria was closed. As i learned the plan to close the property by the end of the year so this might be the reason they are spending to maintain the property well.

the services during the check in and check out are up to the standard

during my staying, the staff at the dining asked my husband to change our seat to another dining hall which is for Indonesian. He asked us where are you from, and we said from Malaysia. He pointed us to go to the other side of the restaurant. There, we feel so ashamed for eating Indonesia foods which actually not reserved for us. I can say that the staff at the dining quite racist.

Very near to Masjid Nabawi, gate 328 for women entrance. If the authority opens gate 327, it will be much nearer, unfortunately its closed. Room is sanitized & hv the view of the masjid. A reasonable priced shawarma shop is located at the other side of the hotel (near gate 328). Theres a basement parking (limited) but u need to reserve in advance to get a space.

Furniture in my room is old with broken paints here & there. The shower curtain should be changed to a new one (looks dirty bcos too worn off). Breakfast is additional SAR 40 pp. For the room price they charged, by right at least a simple packed breakfast should be included FOC.

Great location, friendly staff, nice and clean though the furniture are worn out. I was not able to get any breakfast even though it says you can add breakfast at extra cost . Ibrahim at the reception was the most helpful person. Good stay . I would recommend this hotel

Tatty worn fitting/ furnitures

Everything was excellent and the staff were wonderful, especially Abdelilah Khattab, the manager and another person whose name I forgot.And Abdul Basit and Abdul-Jabbar Huja.

There is nothing bad

The staff was really helpful, particularly the receptionist Mr Mohammed Sharif was humble and cooperative. He updated the dates and ensured a comfortable stay.

The front desk should pick the phone calls of customers. I couldn't reach on the dates booked due to weather conditions in jeddah and kept calling the hotel to change the dates,but no one received the call.

Mostly the frienldy staff. They always give options whenever there is a problem. Very hospitable and kind. The staff at the front desk were particularly admirable, passionate about their job, and always willing to go over and beyond with their guests. I highly recommend this hotel.
