Everything was fantastic. All hotel staff, including room service boys were very cooperative, polite and always sorted out our requests. Although it was a buffet style breakfast, however. waiters at breakfast hall always asked us whether if anything is required at Table or not. All waiters possess humble personalities.

Breakfast menu items needs to be increased. Some additional items e.g. sweet and saltish laban etc. can be added. Varieties of seasonal fruits can be increased. To avoid rush / long queue at live cooking area (egg making area) a token system can be implemented. Guest can order the item, obtain token and collect it later or waiters can serve at his/her table . This will reduce the rush at live cooking area. Speakers can be installed at rooms for listening live Azan.

The staff was excellent, shout out to Hamid at the front desk. Him and everyone we spoke to were courteous and respectful and extremely helpful. Location wise, it is literally a stone's throw away from the women's gate which was helpful for my elderly parents.

Every day of our stay we got a call from Khadija at the front desk to ask if our stay was going as expected. Normally, in other locations and hotels it would not bother me. But time in Makkah and Madina is so short and sleep schedules are totally flipped. I did not look forward to getting these calls in the middle of a nap.

the Staff made me feel like home. I was there to visit the Madeena haram mosque and the location is superb! my room was fantastic overlooking the mosque!

the elevators are too slow and out dated but I understood they are renovating. the price per night is expensive so im not sure if this time is considered season or not!

It is clean spacious near the mosque especially for ladies enterance , the staff was very nice and polite and helpful

The location is exceptional. Literally 30 seconds from the ladies gate (gate 16) of the mosque. All the shops etc are on the same road. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating; from the reception to concierge (especially Atif) to cleaners. The breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from and of very good quality (the fresh juices were lovely). Rooms were clean and hotel was well maintained. They arranged a packed breakfast for us upon request as we were leaving in the very early hours of the morning, I was expecting a few pastries and some fruit, instead we were given freshly cooked omelettes, bread, hummus, veg, condiments and drinks.

There was some work going on during our stay which we were informed of upon our arrival. Unfortunately the room right next door to us was being renovated and so there was a lot of very loud noises during the day including drilling and banging which made it difficult if we wanted to catch up on sleep during the day. There was work being carried out during the night to repair the floor of the back entrance towards the mosque exit but the workers were very helpful in allowing people to pass through to get to the mosque. Although these things caused me mild inconvenience I do understand that to keep the property in a good state such repairs are necessary.

Great location . Staff are extremely helpful always smiling. The food is exceptional . Chef Maali معالي went out of her way to make sure we are happy with the food. As are reception staff I remember kawthar. Really all staff were great help. Even when one is tired they smile and help. Perfect for families. The suite we took fits easily 6 adults . They were flexible with the children less than 12 so do not worry when booking if booking does not allow to reserve more than 6

The hotel is a little bit old but it does not affect the quality of stay Do not use their own transport. It is beyond expensive , extortionate . A trip to the train station in a small car 200 big car 300 (15 min journey) . Go down to the lobby instead and ask for the front door to stop a taxi for you or arrange other transport

The location, service, and staff were great.

Buffet that we paid for was charging us for soft drink and juice, which should be included. During our time of waiting for the check it after 4pm, I got food from my family near the hotel and brought it back to the lobby. We had a staff member tell us we can’t eat or drink while waiting after our flight and travel to the hotel. 2 of the hotel rooms and bathrooms smelled like cigarette smoke even though they were non smoking rooms, we advised staff and they took multiple calls and visits to the room to then spray air freshener.

Excellent Location. The property is a bit old now and I believe it needs some refurnishing. We stayed in the 3 bedroom presidential suite. It was huge and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Breakfast needs to be improved drastically. I felt the food quality was not up to the standards of 5 star hotel. The egg station was a disaster wherein the eggs cooked were just not tasty at all. The pancakes were delicious though. The restaurant itself feels old and need changing. Food Quality needs to improve.

What went well to me was having meeting most of the staff are very active and very friendly , i met one Mr. YOUSEF ALHAMADI who even made my stay from one night to five night , for respectfully and friendly making me to like the hotel, I left my Diamond membership of another hotel and stay in DARAL IMAN. ALHAMDU LILLAHI.

Actually all are excellent at least to a guest who came to visit Rasulullah SAWS But I’m suggesting the hotel should make a way of thanking the guests who are very clean while at their stay in the room. Because some guest can be very dirty and make the room very dirty , but some people like my self we don’t give top time to the house keepers . You can ask house keepers more about this point.

Staff's hospitality was heartwarming, it felt like they brightened the place; I would like to thank Allah first then Shahad, Hamad and Khaled. To this day , I still remember it like it was yesterday. Especially Shahad and Hamad, they kept helping with some problems such as door problems or transportation and the service was fast. Also, i like how you guys care about the environment by cleaning the pillow every two days rather than everyday, limiting the amount of products used.

The place is in need of renovation to be honest, there's a waste of space in many places such as the massive hole in-between floors.One would think a meteor fell in the middle.
