The location was unparalleled.My objective was to be as close to the Grand Mosque Al Nawabi as possible to be able to offer my prayers at least 5 times a day.Since my visit was for spiritual purpose I received the card and attention and sincerity of all the staff there for which I will always be grateful. I had extended my stay another two days making it it 7 days. It started with Mr.Adnan the Duty Manager ever so kind and helpful. I opted to eat most of my meals at the hotel restaurant and in service. There I found Rest Supervisor MrRezaul always attentive and helpful. But the person who played an important role was Humayun Ahmed Room Service Supervisor on Duty for dinner also so helpful and suggestive .. he was really fantastic with his team with Ariful Huq. Humayun used to call me if there is anything I wanted to eat to order the chef He made me feel so comfortable. And Ariful was always there. Breakfast plated an important role during my stay and at the rest in the morning a caring lady Shirin was always asking my requirements. Thank you Shirin. Humayun Ariful and Shirin really did take good care of me. House Keeping Mehedi was asking each day if comfortable or not. But the House keeper for my room all 6 days was Sohel .. a young bright sincere boy .. he deserves a lot of praise. If I needed water towels, help with my bedding’s and extras in the bathroom. This boy deserves all my good wishes. My 5+2 days stay at this property was a memorable one.. the location the staff was just perfect .. I intend to visit Madinah again soon and will stay in this property and recommend to my friends and family to stay here for sure. Thank you all for a memorable stay for me.

I wrote so much that overwhelmed me that nothing negative to write .. no nothing there was for not liking it.

Location was great! The staff is exceptional. Breakfast was delicious. Shehab waiter and Captain Rezaul at the restaurant were sooooo sweet and helpful. I must mention Basim the Bell Attendant. He was the nicest and most helpful person I came across, went out of his way to help us.

They haven’t mentioned there is work going on which makes entry and exit a nightmare

On the first day breakfast was not that good, when Restaurant Supervisor REZA asked me about the food, and I have informed not much variety for us, from next day he has added the dishes as per our taste, Reza customer service Excellent, I have noticed, he attends every guest personally. Though he is a Restaurant Supervisor, he helps guest in all aspects. That’s the reason every guest talks high about Reza,When I see the reviews. Because of Reza our Stay at Hotel was Amazing.

Escalator was not working for 2 days

The food was never fresh all food was old and reheated 3 star food

Perfect Location and near from everything. 2 min from Al Masjed Al Nabaoui wich is enough time to reach Al Masjed after you hear the Athen from the window. 3 Min from AlSouk for shopping. Few steps from the city sightseeing bus station. Just in front of Masjed Abubakr Alsadik and Masjed Al Ghamamah which is really an amazing view from the window. I loved the location. Warmwelcoming Personal: Amazing polite and kind personal. They check on you all the time if you need anything. Comfort: king bed room. The bed is comfortable and the room large enough. Coffee water and tea always available. I also liked the dattes available in the reception every day. This Hotel will be always my choice everytime.

The lady called Aman, Phoned a few times querying about out stay That's what I appreciated Fazle rabbi, room service guy was very nice Asking if we need anything. Over all it was a good stay.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect. Its very close to Haram. Rooms are very clean, the Breakfast is great and the staff (both the front desk and cleaners) are always checking up on you to find out if you are ok and if there is anything more they can do to make your stay more comfortable. Fatima, Amal and Mr. Bayzid were truly amazing. Thank you.

I loved everything. Its very close to Haram, a very short walking distance, there is a supermarket in the building, there is a money exchange shop in the building. The Hotel has all you may need to make your stay perfect.

The room was good and hotel services was also excellent. Overall, our experience was awesome here.

In late hours I went for food but there was no shop around this hotel.

Location and staff were excellent. In particular Amal from guest services, Iqbalmia from cleaning services and Muhammad Reza & his whole team at the restaurant. Special mention to the Bellboys who helped us carry our bags in and out of the hotel as well as locate a taxi for us and put our bags in. You have gone above and beyond!!! we stayed in the royal suite and could see the prophets green dome from our window. Hotel is also very close to Quba Walkway and museums.

More variety for breakfast menu.

I loved the room size and the location. It's just few steps away from Masjid Nabwi and other historic mosques are just under the hotel tower. The staff is fantastic. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options Special mention to Mr.Reza who is the supervisor at the restaurant. He is very friendly and he gets things done in minutes. Also I would like to mention Mr.Irshad's name who was excellent with his room service. All in all a great 3 nights stay.
