I would have given Taiba Front a 6/10, however, the staff was very kind and accommodating so it definitely deserves an 8/10! My family and I were visiting from Chicago, USA and the managers we met were very friendly and hospitable. Mr. Syed Altaf, Mr. Wael, Mr. Al Subhi, and Mr. Marwan made sure they did whatever they could in their power to make our stay comfortable. Mr. Altaf especially was very warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of- from sending breakfast (the food was always great btw!) to making a special tea to help with my cold. These gestures of kindness went a very long way... I will definitely be back (but will book a larger room next time). The best part about this hotel is that it's right in front of the entrance of the masjid (women's gate 16 I believe) This made it sooooo easy to go for prayers.

We booked two superior rooms, one triple and one double but we were given two double rooms instead. This caused us to move back and forth (they did upgrade us to a Haram view which made up for the inconveniences caused but this triple room was very small). Also, the triple room could have been cleaner (the superior double room was pretty clean). Another thing to keep in mind is If you are tall, get superior rooms so you can comfortably make use of the toilets and showers... I was very disappointed by the size of the bathroom in the smaller rooms... and if you can, try to get rooms on the second floor so you have an easy option to go down the stairs if the elevators are occupied (99% of the time they were and it took us forever to go in and out of the hotel).

All the staff’s very friendly and warm. From my check-in time, 1/ The lady very welcome and so make me comfort, with friendly smile and her small talk. For the Breakfast, All the staff’s very welcoming start from the counter Mr SYED ALTAF always welcome with the smile and his friendly greet to all my kids. And for the Chef RAFFUL thank you so much, always for his cute pancake to my kids. The breakfast was so good, they change the menu everyday as out experience staying for 7 nights. Comfort area and very clean. They cleaning staff are always around. For the room service, To HASANULLAH, AMZAD HOSSEN, SHOIL ALI, CHAN MIA, They always there everytime we need them for service, always come with a greet n smile. Overall they are so friendly and we enjoy our staying. Thank you so much for the amazing services.

Just a quick feedback, only the elevators service.

The location was good just in front of the women’s area with all the essential markets around. The establishment was fairly redecorated with minimum wear & tear. Rooms were decent sized, as we booked an executive 2-bedroom suite. Really comfy & clean beds, ample pillows, blankets, and sheets. Lounge however was small, smaller than the bedrooms with limited seating arrangement. The ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom was massive & clean. Both the bathrooms in the property had all the necessary amenities & were also topped-up on demand daily. The staff was helpful, all the way from the front desk to the room service and facilitation teams. Infact, my family paid the full amount in cash while they checked in but only to realise (later) that they were short on cash. The senior manager (upon request) allowed us to pay full amount through credit card & returned the cash. This is something I thought was impossible, but we were grateful to the management as it saved us from a lot of hassle. We did not book the breakfast but had it one morning (paid on the day). Buffet was decent, but not as lavish as some of its neighbouring competitors, though the dine charge was comparable. Nevertheless, it was not as big an issue to us.

One of the bathrooms, when we reached was clogged and was lacking the hot water supply. I can imagine that room service cannot keep up with deep cleaning, given the frequent checkin/checkouts daily but, suites are not as busy as individual rooms and given the amount of money they charge, one would imagine these to be addressed on time. Also, the kitchen was smaller than what was advertised but, it was not an issue. However, no utensil whatsoever were provided (which was a bit of a turn off). We stayed for 8 nights and there were days we needed to warmup the leftover food or boil an egg. We did ask the room service, if they could provide some, but they informed there aren't any.

The AC needs fixing as it was not cooling the room, however the management was kind enough to change our room to a bigger room with 2 bathrooms, which was great and AC performance was better but not as good as the other hotel we stayed in.

Just one thing they charged me extra 210 Sar arround just for some early check in time that should be accomodate as rooms were already empty Remaining all is best

Perfect location, very close to the mosque. And also very close to female gate on the eastern side. The room was spacious and relatively clean with good room service (vould have been better) but when called they responded immediately. Can definitely stay again.

The elevators are a bit slow, but since I was not visiting during peak season hence no issues. Nothing else.

The housekeeping staff , namely Rakib Hassan and Arapatu Hossan were simply exceptional and offered a very high level of care .

I hear people complain about the lifts , which I find amusing as sadly people are in a rush to leave the masjid after the prayers and create a rush at the lifts. This can easily be overcomed by the Pilgrims staying behind simply by either making some doahs or reading just 1 page of the quran . This would have eased off the rush to the lifts.

Turki Abtiani from the staff was very kind to us and took really good care of us, shukran!

elevator services. the propety should do something on elevator services..

The hotel staff were friendly, specially Turki Aldhebiani. The room was big and wide. The breakfast was good. Overall the stay was great.

The elevators were crowded and you need to wait for long time to get in.
