The location, hotel is very close to haram. Room was clean. And had a nice view.

The hotel's location on the map is wrong! Be careful if you are following GPS to get there. Instead put the name of the nearest hotel to be able to get there. We had to do so after going in circles far away from the right location. We even tried to call the hotel to get the right directions but they didn't answer. After arriving, it turns out that they know about the problem & actually they could not care less! The receptionist at check in was not friendly and didn't seem to bother that we had trouble reaching the hotel! WiFi was extremely slow.

The environment and close proximity to Haram

The non professionalism of staff. I was first allocated a room that I discovered had an occupant. Then while I was checking out I was told that I occupied two rooms even when I paid for a of two and I came alone. When that claim could not hold there was another claim that I ordered room service which I never did. After wasting my time and embrassing me the front desk man just waived its ok without showing an remorse for the bad treatment. I am highly disappointed 😞

We stayed at this hotel in March 2023 ramadan time. We had already booked a hotel but last minute flight delays did not allow us to arrive in Madinah and check in to our previously booked hotel by 10pm so we had to look for another hotel last minute that had 24/7 check in time while we arrived at madinah airport later than planned New Madinah hotel was reasonably priced and had good reviews so we booked it Staff was very helpful, room was very big, towels, tea and coffee, fridge, microwave provided, comfortable beds and clean Hotel was very quiet and calm Helped us book our travel to Makkah Would stay here again Thank you very much

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very diverse and super tasty. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was very clean too. The room included amenities like iron and ironing board which is great. Customer service is great too and we had a very pleasant as Masjid Nabawi was very close by. Just like a five minute walk.

The WIFI was not strongest which is fair enough. And they would not vacuum the rooms unless told to. This is inconvenient as the rooms have carpet and can attract quite a bit of dust. Other than that, everything was superb Alhamdulillah!

the hotel charge me for night I didn't show up. this is do to delay from the Saudi airline and wrote to them officially for the delay but they still go ahead and charge me.

Clean, spacious room and location is good to the men’s prayer area. Our package included buffet iftar and sahoor, the variety and taste was great. Pretty good deal for the price especially during Ramadan things can get very pricey (we booked over a year prior). Staff are friendly.

A bit of a walk to the women’s prayer area but you get more reward for those extra steps! Out of the four nights we stayed, the room only serviced once not a big deal for us as long as we have clean towels and enough toiletries.

The front reception were very good. They spoke English and were very efficient. They meet the needs of the customers promptly. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The house keeping were very good. Suhur was very nice with a variety of food. They changed the menu every day. Overall stay very good. I would come and stay here again .

The bathrooms needs upgrade, fixtures and fittings look old and used. The fridges in the rooms don’t work properly. Bedding wasn’t changed unless you asked.

Classic style hotel with great location, only 3-4 min walk to Haram entrance near gate 32-37. Closer to men entrance with few extra min walk to reach women gate. Very nice welcome by Shahd in the reception, allowed us to leave luggage earlier when arrived and later after check out. Checked us in earlier in available room without extra cost. Spacious rooms with nice fine details. Coffee, dates and scented water provided all day in reception was a plus. Enough elevators available so almost zero waiting time to go down to catch prayers. Enough food and shopping places around the area to cover daily needs and gifts.

The rooms we were with windows overlooking a building under construction, so we had the curtains on all time to avoid workers seeing through throughout the day.

- Location was great 3-5 minutes walking to Haram. - Break fast was marvelous and many dishes were included. - flexible late checkout. - Room was huge Especially I have got free promotion from Deluxe room to suite). - The hygiene level was perfect

- Receptionists wasn't available all the time in front desk, but you can reach them easily. - Number of employees for housekeeping was a little bit less than required, which reflects to kind of slow response (not frequently).

1. The staff is amazing including receptionists and Mr Muhammad. He told me they did not recieve my son who is 14 years old notification from booking.com regarding breakfast due to booking.com internal issue. But still he allowed us to use the breakfast for all family members. 2. Amazing breakfast and waiters. 3. Zero crowded with great attention from the hotel. 4. Best place or location , near to Albaik , Starbucks and road side if you need pakistani resturant. Also near to Masjid e Nabvi. 5. As compared to other hotel it is very economical.

1. Bathroom sink edges are dirty and it's better to use new one. 2. Hair dryer wasn't working properly but we didn't complain. 3. Lobby carpet should be changed it looks old 4. 3 pin socket plugs were not there but after we have request it was provided.
