The room was bright and sized well. Everything that is expected from this level of hotel was provided. The only thing is that in KSA in principle, the level of ARCH/ID detailing and finishing is still poor - but that is general for the whole construction and I am hopeful this will get better with time. It was great that early check in was possible, thank you. The location is very convenient and accessible.

When asked to book me a taxi at the reception, I was given a private chauffeur of the hotel who not only was not what I have asked of but was also double the standard price and could not speak English! Gold plating in such a way is unacceptable, especially when the Client clearly states his / her requirement in the first line.

The room is clean and there is a nice Turkish restaurant in the lobby.

I had to wait to take my baggage, they give me a room with a wall view and the sink blocked and it is overflowing. the Restaurant in lobby is good nice.

Good hotel to stay a day or 2 especially if you have meeting nearby. Loved the food in the restaurant in ground floor. Loved the room settings, shower area, bed and beddings..

Staffs in the front desk wasn't that friendly. No name taken, but at least make your client feel welcome the minute we enter the hotel. Shower tub is a bit high and i almost fell off from bath tub because didn't have a proper handle to hold on.

The location was perfect for my visit. I had a comfortable room with a great view of the Kingdom tower. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and efficient. I arrived at a very late hour for check-in and the chap, understanding I was tired promised to be super quick (and was). Same when I was leaving, I was super tired (poor flight times) and was offered a coffee for free.

I really thought the hotel was an excellent choice for my visit and my needs. Only small moan would be that the coffee machine coffee isn't great at the breakfast but there is an excellent coffee dock next store that could be offered.

The key of the ice cream stand was misplaced. We cannot buy ice cream for my son having tantrums.. he has special needs. In cases that there is failure in endorsement, the branch manager must have the master key...
