Accessible location. Clean rooms. Helpful reception, especially Mr. Rayan. Breakfast buffet and the service was very good.

I had a booking for one day. The Swimming pool was closed in the evening on account of a wedding party and we were allowed to access it for a couple of hours only. Neither the hotel authorities nor the reception inform us about this. Many families were denied permission to the pool. Nobody goes to a hotel just to stay inside the room, especially a family with kids that too on the occasion of eid. It was very disappointing. This is really irresponsible behavior. Our one day stay was spoiled because of this lack of communication by the hotel staff. Booking.com must also check for such wedding party bookings in the hotel , before offering us deals at the hotels. Telephone from the room only gets connected to the reception and never to the housekeeping.

I don’t have anything against the totality of their commitment to give an extra miles services to all of their guests.

- The receptionist team are very very professional in hospitality. We call it genuine care about guests inquiries; not only me with all guests. Thank Mohamned, Rayan and all the team I’m sorry I couldn’t remember the others name - Bellman 10/10 it seems they know all the guest. -Housekeeping teams, cleanliness amazing Hospitality is a human touch and you truly make it. Really feel at home keep it up

Location is good for work and travel. The room size was unexpected. It was larger than I expected. The Breakfast menu was well spread and the egg counter cook was particularly friendly.

Reception people didnt understand English except a couple of staff. Its important for reception people welcoming guests can be conversent in English.

- there was somthing wrong with regards of swimming pool, 5-7pm is scheduled for ladies only but unfortunately there was no front desk staff to stop men from getting in (no female privacy). And, hotel receptionists are giving vague answers like one is sauing swimming pool is closed permanently while the other says no but there's no time assigned only for women although it's written in the pool entrance clearlt 5-7pm for ladies. - Don't disturb was placed on the door even though housekeeping knocked the door at 7am! - Room toilet, bath tub, and design needs to be refreshed Overall stay was good

The room was excellent and clean, nothing to expect more but they give our request immediately, and during my stay front desk and housekeeping were very accommodating, location-wise, and very near to the city center, our breakfast was good.

We need to wait to take our breakfast because were not on the list as we avail our breakfast upon check-in *Miscommunication between Frontdesk and F&B dept.

I super loved the breakfast.. There are many food choices and the kids loves the food... The room was clean and they are very attentive on what you need.. They also arrange the extra bed with free of charge... Thank you so much

Only the kids don't see the swimming pool because there is a event during our stay...

Clean spacious rooms with good amenities. Location is great in central Riyadh very close to Kingdom Tower. Staff were very professional and check-in/check-out took no time.

Rooms are very dated and needs renovation. Price per night is high for what it is, but hotel prices in the area is high not only this hotel.

I came before the check-in time asking for early check-in with 20 minutes , the staff asking me to wait up to check-in time sharply which is 3:00 PM , i was waiting in the loopy up to 3:20 PM than the room was ready. I would suggest more flexibility in check in time
