The facility is excellent for business travellers... it is very conveniently located. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very courteous going out of the way to ensure that we are comfortable, and all our needs are met. I would like to specially mention Mr. Rakan at the reception who have very welcoming and accommodated all my special requests. I would like to thank him specially for his hospitability.

All the staff from the receptionists to the housekeeping were very professional and very friendly bunch of people. Excellent staff. The room was spacious and very clean with a nice front facing view. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Riyadh with malls nearby in walking distance. I enjoyed my stay and will be using this hotel again when coming to Riyadh next time. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location, staff is also very helpful and extremely nice. Room is a little small but very comfortable and clean, room service is also rather prompt and they do a good job. Very good value for money and access to Kingdom center mall is very easy which is good.

Breakfast was good but could be a little better. Overall no real complaints.

The hotel is excellent value for money - staff are lovely, helpful and efficient - also attentive. Location is perfect for my client's business location - central but relatively quiet - a good compromise

The breakfast is good but some of the pastries were quite hard/stale and some products ran out before the end of breakfast

The very narrow street to reach the hotel was kinda not good, but that doesn't affect the experience at all for me. Moreover, the A/C in my room was just pumping air and it was a bit humid in the room

Hotel was very well located near shopping mall and restaurants, room size was good and silent. Parking was available and free of charge. Big highlight to the hotel staff that made sure to accomodate all of our needs and had quick reply to all requests.

Breakfast was fair, but could have more options of fruits. Pillows were not very confortable (to my taste) and the matress was a bit too hard.

Good location, great english speaking staff, very clean. Really don't get the low grade on booking, it was really a pleasent stay! Comfy bed, had a great night sleep.

Slow drain in the shower, no faucet, just the head of the shower on the wall. A lot of construcntion work around the hotel, but they don't start early (I am a veeery light sleeper), and I didn't hear anything - this is just for other to know :)

Extremely polite and attentive staff, clean rooms and good food at the hotel restaurant. The staff went out of their way to help me with anything and everything I needed, also answered all of my questions.

Location and cleanliness of the inn. We stayed for 3 nights and did not ask the housekeeping to clean (we put the do not disturb sign), but still they left our water/ coffee supplies by the door. Our requests for towels, slippers, ironing stuff etc came in fast as well. The lady staff who assisted with our check in is nice as well as the man in our check out day. Bed is comfy too, linens smell nice and clean. Parking lot is available too exclusively for the guests.

Room is small compared to other hotels we have stayed in Riyadh (and with a lesser price) TV, dresser is small too but considering IBIS is more of a backpacker inn than a hotel, it makes sense. Room is not soundproof as well.

Breakfast is good, hotel good value for money. Bed very comfortable and pillow was good also. Founding day cake and snacks.

Front office staff had average ability in helping with directions. They did not know anything about buses or transport.
