A good selection but the toaster machine was not switched on at the mains. The staff are most helpful, both at reception and cleaning. there was a good supply of of free drinking water.

The traffic (noise and lack of consideration and impatience by drivers). When the occasional driver stops, those behind will honk their horns. In short the traffic needs taming if Saudi Arabia is to succeed in attracting many tourists. More traffic lights are needed. Furthermore, attractions like the King Abdullah Park close all day Sundays and do not open on other days until 1pm. Also the Kingdom Centre does not open until 12noon and even after that, will close for prayers at some time (eg 3pm).

The location of hotel in general and the bonus point was its close proximity with the Mosque considering it was Friday and temperature outside was very hot, so the hotel location helped us not to wander around in heat to search for Friday Mosque.

Just couldn't enter the basement parking, may be we should have asked someone for the access. But its not a major point since outside parking was also available which was free.

Excellent staff, all the staff very very accommodating, polite and will go the extra mile to make u comfortable. warm ambiance- We stayed for 3 weeks - it was home away from home Best choice 😉

The AC temperature was not very good, was cool but not as chilled as ACs go on 18

Hard to get an uber during evening rush hour. Hard to get to during morning and evening rush hour. Toilets need to have more hooks to hang the hand towel. Room TVs are very old, need to immediately upgrade to smart Tvs.
