Location and comfort/ size of the room

It was too dark, the booking website and hotel website should update the right photos of the rooms Love the decor and size of the room, we were on the 3 floor and felt like evening time all day Very depressing Also at the checkout I was told that I have outstanding bill for breakfast and had to proof that I paid at the Hôtel restaurant with different card Thanks that I paid with credit card and could pull the statement to show the proof of payment They should work on better system or communication between hotel and restaurant Really ???? It left bad taste at the end

The hotel stands out a bit from the rest of Upper Old Quebec in that it has elements of trendy and modernistic tones. You won't miss the massive blue front door or the topiary of a dog and elf which greets passersby. Our room was spacious with a great view of the city with the bonus of a nice kitchenette and a two sink restroom with heated flooring. Plus they surprised my wife and me with a nice chocolate heart treat for our anniversary. All in all, a great place to stay, right in the heart of the old city.

Driving to the hotel in the midst of the cruise ship crowds was a bit challenging, but once we arrived the staff took over and got us (and our car rental) quickly situated.

Staff were freaking amazing. Hotel was outstandingly aesthetic and has various neat quirks/surprises for the guests that I shall not spoil. The location is stunning and the room was spotless. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE that I literally purchased their merchandise to bring home. The thread count on those sheets exceeds 500 from my estimate. The breakfast option is WONDERFUL.

The breakfast staff and food were great but they are consistently understaffed during breakfast hours. As such they take a bit of time waiting for an empty table and restocking the delicious buffet. I also genuinely believe the hotel to be worth the price but I cannot hand on heart say it was the best value for money. If you are willing to splurge a little this is a wonderful option in my opinion.

The hotel is quirky and fun and in a great location. We received a very warm welcome. The whole team was really friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Cathy on the front desk. Our room was very clean and comfy, with a kitchenette which was very well equipped (even though we didn't use it). There were a couple of lovely treats (won't say more as don't want to spoil the surprise for future guests). The barr was also great, and the self-service laundry facilities were a real bonus for us. With Quebec old town literally on the doorstop, there was a great choice of cafes and restaurants.

Room was really big and clean as was the bathroom, with a soaking tub which I used often after pounding the pavement everyday. The room has a little kitchenette which includes a small refrigerator, microwave and nespresso machine. I love the quirky decor inside and outside of the hotel. The staff were superb. We had drinks and dinner at the popular in-house restaurant and we enjoyed it. The location is on the upper old town and it is extremely convenient to shops and restaurants. Reservations are recommended to restaurants for dinner.

Nothing! Love everything!

I LOVED everything about this property. I knew I wanted to be close to Old Town but had no idea I would be in the heart of it, the location was perfect. The room exceeded my expectations! Generally you see stock photos on hotel websites and when you get there it isn't as good as the pictures, that wasn't the case here, it was better than I expected. They also left my husband and I a beautiful note and chocolate filled chocolate heart to celebrate our 40th anniversary. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and we will absolutely stay here again on any return trips to Quebec City.

NOTHING, loved it all.

I stayed in the superior king room and love everything about the hotel! First, they provide Jo Loves, the personal brand of Jo Malone, as bathroom products. Second, The room is spacious and very clean. The bed is very comfy. The white sunshades make the room softly bright and full of ambience. Also, you can enjoy unique city views from your bedroom. Third, as an interior design lover, Def love the mirrors in the bathroom, the lanterns, and the armchair in the room, so artistic. Everything in the hotel is artistically funky! The hotel maintains a very high level of quality and service.

Seemed a little noisy from the street if you wanna sleep in.

Location was great, right in the center of old town but not loud. Room was very good sized, had a good sized refrigerator and even a couple of burners (we didn’t cook anything, but good if you wanted to). Bed was comfortable, large windows (we had a corner room so a lot of windows). Internet was solid.

Only complaint was the gym. It could use some updating, the Nordic track elliptical was basically unusable as it shook. It was like working out on a boat on the open water. The treadmill didn’t work at all. I just went up and down the hills and steps in town to work out, so not a big deal, but the gym could definitely use a refresh. The refrigerator with water in the gym was a positive.

The location is perfect. The room is very large. The terrace was the best thing about the property. We were on the 7th floor and had a huge terrace with a fire pit. We used it quite a bit and the view was beautiful. The bar/restaurant is very nice with excellent cocktails.

The bed is soft and comfortable but the comforter was too heavy for the warmer weather so we were hot all night.. We asked for a lighter weight comforter but it didn't happen. Also, the lighting in the room is too low and not enough recessed lighting to light the whole room. The bathroom is small for two pp to share with only one sink. The shower is open which i can't stand as water goes all over the bathroom floor. Also, the shower fixture was impossible to aim.

Location, spacious room, very elegant and sophisticate facilities.

Staff did not impress me at all, they just offered the minimum service you can have as a guest in a hotel, didn’t go above and beyond to pleased guests. We visited the bar and even though we been greeted twice at the moment we were ready to order no one show up to take our order, we have to go directly to the bar to asked for sodas, charged to the room and left.
