Clean facility. Bed was very comfortable. TV picture was great. All staff were professional and friendly. Cookies in the evening really hit the spot. Nice breakfast area in which to eat.

I kept having problems with my key card not working. The night I checked in I had to go back down to the front desk 3 times to get one that worked. The next day I had to go back once for a new key. The water pressure in the shower was on the low side. I turned the water as hot as it would go and I still preferred it hotter. I liked that the hotel wasn't in a congested area, but there were no nearby restaurants other than fast food.

Very nice room. I liked that they have Keurig coffee makers. Hot cinnamon rolls.

They have a pool and fitness room but my keys did not work to get in. She reprogrammed me but they still didn’t work. She said she would let me in When I was ready to use it. I decided against going to the pool after I went to dinner. Sometimes I think they are just restricting access for whatever reason. Other reviewers have complained about this. The highway noise was annoying. No waffle makers

It was quiet and the staff greeted me every time we came in and out of the door which was a lot. My daughter was there for a pageant we came and went about 5 or 6 times a day between all the events she had to be at. The hotel was convenient to eating and gas.

Nothing, everything was perfect breakfast was good. Rooms were clean microwave and refrigerator were great!

The staff was helpful and friendly and were able to answer our questions. we stayed here at the beginning and end of a bus tour, and they graciously allow people to be picked up and dropped off at this location. They have a great breakfast, including a pancake machine. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was okay but the sweet rolls were outstanding. The gentleman at the front desk that checked us in and out the next morning was exceptional. The bed was very comfortable.

There was nothing I didn’t like except the cleaning solution in the room was so strong it made my eyes water and throat hurt. I appreciate a clean room but that may have been a little overboard.

The breakfast was very tasty, but the pancake machine was broken. I also enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies upon my arrival. I had a problem with cleanliness in my room, but the situation was rectified. I would stay there again the next time that I am in Spartanburg.

indoor pool for the kids breakfast was very good. breakfast lady was extremely nice and made sure everything was full, she also asked if you were done or needed anything else before closing the kitchen.

Very clean rooms. The staff was friendly. The desk manager was able to recommend several good places to eat.

We came as friends and wanted to use the lounge area to sit and talk. There was a large number of basketball players staying at the hotel, the staff closed the lounge area at night and only the basket ball players could eat from 7-8AM. I paid full price for a hotel stay and I should have had FULL access. Had I known that hotel was only catering to one group of guests, I would have chosen a different location.

Comfy beds. Everything was exceptionally clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Need a hot tub. But for adults only! We tried to relax in the pool but it was a bit too cool and there were some rude children in there.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was on a par with the better breakfasts. Easy to find and to get in and out of. Near the interstate.

Our room was next to the elevator and at times it was noisy during the night.
