Location was perfect - easy reach of Cathedral, restaurants and other sights. Room was clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom and a fridge. Breakfast was good - we mostly had fruit salad, yoghurt, croissants, French bread and cheese. All staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. The pool was quite small, about 7.5m long, but not crowded, and open 7am to 10pm. Sauna was a good temperature, though not switched on when I visited at 7:20am.

The total bill was €1100 for 4 nights, including 3 x 2 breakfasts and city tax. This was as expected but, considering the price, the room was adequate size, not enormous. Noise from inner courtyard until around midnight. Separate toilet with no washbasin. Irritating anti-theft coathangers make it fiddly to hang up shirts etc. Hot breakfast didn't include hash browns, beans or tomatoes - but, to be fair, this is France not the USA.

The location is fantastic, 10 minute walk from Reims train station. 10 minutes to the Cathedral and just off the main strip for bars and restaurants. Staff are exception and super friendly. The bar and outside courtyard is beautiful. The pool is very nice and it was quiet the two times I used it. The sauna is well maintained and good quality. I would highly recommend.

My only slight niggles would be that the breakfast seemed overpriced at €20 pp for what was on offer. The quality was reasonable for all items and very good for some but the overall offering was a little limited with just a fee hot items. Breakfast is optional so we just opted for this once. Overall, an exceptional stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We arrived late on a Friday night and after parking in the secure garage, we had a very quick booking in with a very nice man. He explained everything we needed. The room was very clean, well appointed and clean. We were up 8 hours later and had a fantastic fresh breakfast that was well stocked and very fresh. Makes such a difference, and the staff were helpful and cleared away as soon as you finished. Even liked the coffee which is a change. Location right in the centre is great whatever you have come to see is really close by.

Can’t really think of anything that we didn’t like or found sub standard.

We have used this hotel a few times before on our journeys through France since our last visit the reception area had been newly decorated and it looked fantastic 😀 The room was lovely and spacious as was the bathroom, only complaint was that the pillows were really soft. Great selection at breakfast.

I do not use lifts, and the stairs (fire exit stairs I presume?) to get to this room did not have a sign on the door to say stairs, the stairwell was very dark until the light switch was located (it was not just inside the door where you would expect it to be)and was also very stuffy. On our last visit access to the room we had had a central staircase which was great. I give prior notice that I require a room that is accessible by stairs I think that you need to cater for people who may not use lifts due to claustrophobia as you would wheelchair users and ensure that they can access the room within a comfortable bright environment.

Exceptional staff: The front desk service was phenomenal. Young, bright multilingual (en, fr, de) staff with great banter and suggestions for how to make the most of the hotel and location. Facilities: Beautiful mix of modern/historic with plenty of both indoor and outdoor dining options. It appears that part of the hotel used to be a church so the architecture is really gorgeous in the courtyard. Our rooms were immaculate, WiFi worked without a hitch, and the pool was a fun way to get active with kids. The hotel is also a short walk from the train station and Reims cathedral. Great location! Breakfast: Good with plenty of options. For me the test of a good breakfast is good coffee, fresh bread, well cooked eggs and butter. Everything was great except I would have liked the option of a medium boiled egg. I didn’t ask the waitress so that’s on me.

Entry with heavy luggage difficult: I arrived with a heavy bag and tried to use the sidewalk lift to reach the entrance, but it didn’t work despite a button that said keep pressing. Luckily a strong guest who was standing outside lifted it up the stairs for me. But a ramp would be a great addition to the hotel entrance.

Location is excellent! Breakfast was good considering this is France. The restaurant, Cafe de la paix, has budget-friendly ‘menu du jour’ and ‘plat du jour’. We had one lunch and one dinner. It was all good ‘brasserie’ type of food. Also the garden is beautiful and the adjacent spa looked nice, though we didn’t utilize it. This makes it a very nice location in good weather.

We needed to check in earlier and got help doing so. The friendly man in the reception who helped us with this forgot to mention that we by doing so got a downgrade. Our room was rather different than the one i had booked. It irritated me a bit, but when you are only staying two nights it isn’t worth the hassle to move. Still took away a bit the luxury feeling of our rare get-away-trip. Lesson learned!

Renovation completed 3 weeks earlier so everything new if still smelt new. Breakfast pretty comprehensive and bedroom and bed very comfortable. Had a very good dinner in the restaurant. Position of hotel could not be more central and also ideal for the railway station.

Not much. The pool could have been a bit bigger. The decoration of the hotel did seem a bit odd. Seemingly trying to be almost alpine or Scandinavian with so much wood which was a bid overwhelming. I also appreciate different things appeal to different people but the pattern of the carpet throughout was a distressed look appearing as if it was very worn out which felt a bit odd.

The hotel is located in the heart of the centre of Reims so you can walk to all locations easily. Staff were incredibly welcoming when we arrived. Parking at the hotel was easy and appreciated and cost was acceptable. Hotel areas such as lobby, breakfast room and bar were great. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so cannot comment. Our room was very comfortable and exceeded our expectation. It appeared to us that the hotel is either very new or has recently been renovated. We would be very happy to stay there again if visiting Reims.

The room seemed recently renovated, the style was pleasantly modern with lots of wood panelling. Although it was a small room, it was very comfortable as there was a distinct space for the luggage with several hangers for clothes above, a small sofa with table, a minibar etc… The bed at first seemed slightly hard, but it was actually great. Linen spotless. The curtains closed almost perfectly so we slept well into the morning. The (paid) underground parking was just next door. The hotel was located super centrally. The personnel was very helpful and answered all our questions with precision. And the last and amazing surprise was a fabulous dinner at the restaurant (we took the menu). It was quite extraordinary that all three courses were amazing. Totally recommended.

Everything was great. When the reception renovation is over (soon) it will look even better. Just to note that we did not use the pool and we did not have breakfast, so no view expressed on these aspects.

Location was spot-on in the centre of Reims, but in a location that's slightly quieter than the main street. We stayed on a Sunday evening so I think we may have been slightly upgraded, but the room was exceptional and being on the fifth floor had bi-fold doors out onto a private balcony overlooking the internal quadrangle with a great view of the cathedral. Staff were excellent, particularly the young chap with the braids who served us early evening dinner in the bar.

Nothing. There were so upgrade works going on around the reception area, but these appear to be relatively short-lived and we felt the hotel was managing the effect very well.
