Easy access off freeway. Very quiet hotel. Our room faced west and we actually slept in until 8 a.m. Pristine furnishing and luxurious linens. Fabulous pillows🙂 Large bathtub per our request. Very reasonable price for location. Parking fee was waived.

Front parking area was filled @ 8:30. Ample overflow parking in rear of hotel. Internet service was poor. Coffee maker was tiny and s-l-o-w. No caffeinated coffee pods🥴. Beautiful decor … large screen TV was perfect, faced sofa and large hassock. Viewing TV from bed nearly impossible!

Mixed reviews for staff. On our arrival, a staff member actually went next door to neighboring hotel to borrow a luggage trolley for us. But later, when we discovered no hair dryer during our preparation for a family gathering, three face to face requests made directly to staff for a hair dryer were ignored. They kept saying "right away sir", and then no hair dryer. We finally had to borrow one from a cleaning person next door. And our key cards constantly stopped working after a few door openings. Had to keep going back to reception to get cards reprogrammed. Not a great performance by staff.

Jorge was very helpful at check in. Helped give me a safe location to park my motorcycle. Also signed me up for the rewards program to save money. He deserves a raise. Mel, also helped with check in the second night. She deserves a raise. Helped with finding a room to meet my needs. Very helpful. I might not look professional in a motorcycle jacket, but they were so helpful and professional and friendly. Words can’t express my thankfulness. Thank you, friends.

we did not have breakfast. I was ok once they figured out my reservation. Booked it through you guys but their system couldn't find it. I guess you guys for some reason but it as andjackiedain and their algorithm on their search bar could not find it. Once I got to you guys in customer service it was figured out.

Location is great for conference.

They should have an extra check for people renting the room. The room adjacent to mine had made a reservation using a false credit card and made noise the whole night.

Loved location and lobby and staff super helpful and friendly.... I'll stay there again when i have business...

The price for breakfast was a bit high..... but IHOP is close enough and worked great.

It was advertised as a hotel with breakfast included. It was not. I also don’t understand the reasoning behind having to pay to park. Shouldn’t that be included?

I travel to Sacramento twice a month and I usually stay at the Marriott in Rancho Cordova. This was my first time booking a room at the Courtyard in Folsom and I will never stay anywhere else 💕🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️ The freaking location. Unlimited dining options Amazing Staff I have always loved Marriott but I’m forever sold.

The location was perfect

The employee Darla Rae, she above and beyond to help us. She overheard we needed a cart to get our luggage up to our rooms(my older parents brought me to Sacramento for surgery the next day) she went and got a cart from the kitchen for us to use, since no one could find a luggage cart. She was kind and helpful and deserves a raise!!!

This hotel had the best location close to everything, as far as cleanliness goes it was immaculate, and the staff and service was outstanding.
