The bed was comfortable. Room fairly quiet. Loved the balcony and view of water and geese. Had a walking path around the water. Loved having the K cup coffee maker in the room (better than the coffee at breakfast bar) Great restaurants in walking distance.

I didn't eat at the complementary breakfast bar. They had pre-made omelets, breakfast meat, cereal and sweet pastries. Some fruit. Nothing that i liked. Coffee was pretty weak. Not having pool or spa available. Toilet was not secured tightly (I let front desk know)

Room was on the 4th floor rear right side. So very spacious with 4 windows. One faced the pond and the rest faced the pools. Excellent bedding with perfect pillows. 2 large TVs. Bathroom had a jacuzzi tub which we didn't use. Pool looked great but not enough time to use it. Highly recommend staying here. Plenty options for breakfast to start off the day. We ate at one of the local restaurants with just walking for lunch and dinner.

No ice machine on first or forth floor.

We have been coming here for years for a holiday visit with family who live close. We are experienced travelers for many decades. This is a very nice place to stay. We plan on coming annually for many more years.

Our only “complaint” is that the tub/shower does not have adequate safety rails to hold on to. When we go for the particular holiday, we note that there are many senior people like us staying here. it would make sense to have better senior accommodations such as adequate hand rails in the shower.

The beakfast was outstanding with choices, especially weekdays...Denver omlette!

THE HEATER IN THE ROOM IS ENTIRELY TOO LOUD. I TURNED IT OFF TO GET SOME SLEEP or it would wake me up too many times during the night. I wore warm clothing to stay warm. Although you have no control of this, the Brickyard Bar noise and customers walking, talking loudly kept me from sleeping with earplugs in!

it was close to everything including across the street. There’s it was a Starbucks a Chevron station McDonald’s everything

May be the breakfast could be at least till 10 o’clock in the morning instead of nine that’s it

Comfortable room, very good breakfast, and very helpful staff. The location is convenient to many restaurants and other services.

First floor room near the elevator and laundry room. Some machinery clearly needed servicing (probably the elevator). Periodically throughout the night we heard a high pitched whining sound. This was not enough to wake us, but might wake lighter sleepers. We did not address this with the staff.

The hot tub desperately needs to be drained and refilled. Smells like a swamp. Too much decayed organic matter in it. Maybe get a new pool service as they should be more on top of this. Really detracted from our stay.

Unfortunately the elevator was down for our whole trip and not to be lazy but the stairs weren't fun at all. Things happen and was hoping for some type of compensation or partial refund for the inconvenience.

The breakfast is outstanding!!👍 Most places offer wack stuff. They offer scrambled eggs two different kinds of sausage and biscuits and gravy plus they have a pretty cool pancake machine , plus cereal, cinnamon rolls!

Breakfast was great. Location was great. Surrounding area was very peaceful. Live music next door. Farmers market on Sunday - very nice.

It was way too expensive. Much more than the last time we stayed. At that rate - I don't think I would go back. Being a Tier 2 Booking member did nothing to assist in Value.
