I really liked the bed and the duvet. While the hotel is located on a busy street, noise isolation in the room is splendid. In the garden there is a place where you can get food and drinks and where they had created a "Biergarten", in which people could watch one of the games of the European Championship (football), which was really nice. The hotel is within walking distance of the old city center of Münster.

Parking is across the street (paying, but as in most places in Germany one's non-German debit card is not accepted, which is annoying).

very tastefully kitted out rooms, lounge and reception. very nice staff, from receptionist to breakfast staff, really enjoyed our very short stay, turned in early due to an afternoon sightseeing and the not so pleasant weather. beds are really comfy, so did not feel loosing out by staying in for the night 🤩nice breakfast choices too, very good value considering prices in random coffee shops!

no parking, however a nearby parking, that was available to us at the weekend, not sure how this is handled during weekdays, other than that really quite happy!

breakfast was the best , employee's very friendly and helpful, very clean and quite , central to go shopping and to eat out , they also had bicycle for 8 euro a day . It help us to save money on transport. I will be back 100%

We loved everything, nothing negative ,everybody were very professional.Management excellent ,great bartender, the girls could smile a little more , but still very professional and sweet.

Great hotel, perfectly situated, with a cool young vibe! Room with the view on the promenade has been perfect! 2nd time I stayed at this hotel, and I confirm it’s the right choice!

Beautiful hotel with very generous sized rooms. We only stayed one night but the room service was fantastic, the staff friendly, and the location great.

Parking was a bit of a hassle and we had to park about a 10 min walk away

One of the comfiest (and largest) beds I've ever slept in. Fantastic pillows too. Staff were just amazing and very tolerant of my schoolboy German. The Old Fashioned I had in the bar was off the scale good.

Trying to figure out how to turn the lights out from bed was a bit bewildering. Be aware that if you turn them off using the master switch by the door it cuts the power to the bedside plugs so your phone etc. won't charge

I would say for that standard and price the staff might be more helpful with luggages. The luggage trolley is there, however no one suggest its use. It looks more like being there for decoration. I also expected the restaurant to have a slightly more varied menu. In general terms, I would expect “an extra mile” for such price. That said, the bed is great and the rest/sleep likewise!

The location near the center and the train station is excellent. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed, super comfortable. The baby cot was so sweet, too.

We skipped breakfast as it seemed really expensive

Very well located next to the old town. Hotel staff were excellent, room was very well equipped with a modern feel. Woukd definitely stay here again

Nothing to crtisize

Very comfortable and big bed, beautifully furnished rooms, feels very warm and cozy. Very welcoming and friendly staff. We brought our dog and she got a special welcome with a dog bed and a little present, never had that before! In the morning we got a chocolate surprise on our doorstep for Christmas, very sweet. Also checkout is at 12 wich is very nice! Location perfect near the city center (5 min walk).
