The staff were wonderful. Helpful, friendly and welcoming. Our beds were warm and comfortable. The toiletries were very nice. We ate in the restaurant, and it was delicious, as was breakfast. It was my birthday and I was given a glass of Prosecco and brownies with cream on the house. We were given brownies and fresh milk upon arrival. These were lovely touches. There was tea and proper coffee in the room. The hotel itself is charming, with a communal lounge and log fire, which was very cosy. They also have a large outside area, and even provide blankets and hats if you're chilly. We will definitely be going back when Wilton House opens again.

The bedroom (twin) was quite small and didn't have all the facilities we might have expected for the price, but I guess they are limited as it is a very old building.

The room was comfortable, quite small but it's an old building. The bathroom toiletries were good quality, the shower was good, but again rather small. The staff were all SUPERB, very helpful and very friendly. Dinner was good and breakfast was very good. Again staff were exceptional.

It's difficult because it is a 'period' property but the rooms are small as was the bathroom. Furnishings were OK but not great. Linen and towels however were of VERY good quality

Great overnight visit. Staff friendly and extremely attentive. The food was delicious and I loved the choice. The building is tastefully decorated throughout and is maintained to a high standard. I liked that all the rooms were named. Our room was small but had everything we needed. The brownies in the room were a nice touch and tasty. The grounds and garden area are nice - so nice to have a choice of venues to eat and drink. The available sunhats were cute too.

Temperature of hot tap water in room too hot, tissues would be a welcome addition to the room, strong shower and nice toiletries but would welcome a detachable shower head also.

This was a great place to spend our weekend break. Just a short distance from Salisbury, Stonehenge and other historic venues, it’s in an ideal location. The Pembroke offers a wide variety of drinks and food for both indoor and outdoor dining with the homemade Pizzas being very popular. We found all the staff were very friendly and attentive and on top of everything when it became busy. Our rooms were very comfortable and the hot and cold breakfast’s were delicious and freshly made. We would return again and highly recommend staying here.

Amazing interior, very traditional. Exactly what we needed for our English village experience. Great food, friendly staff. There is a place for young people outside with interesting activities, and indoor - a quiet, beautiful space with a fireplace. Breakfast was excellent. Price was very reasonable. All the experience was beyond our expectations.

Nothing.

The hotel has a lovely outdoor area with covered parts and open area for dining. The garden has roses and beautiful old espalier fruit trees. The parking area is grassed and under mature trees /or gravelled and near the hotel. The breakfast was sensationally good. I don't think I could better it.

The morning coffee was very bitter. I would have liked a choice of coffee but there was plenty of fresh milk and a cafetiere. They were having building work done but no concessions offered.

Our room was spacious, clean well laid out with a queen sized bed. Dinner was excellent, would recommend dining there. Breakfast had everything on offer that one would expect for breakfast. The Pembroke Arms is steeped in history and it a very pretty pub. The staff were friendly and professional, always wearing a smile. It’s set on the Pembroke estate.

Well it wasn’t a deal breaker but I prefer the shower to be separate to the bath and in our room it was over the bath. I think other rooms have separate showers.

The warm welcome (staff and the log burner), relaxed atmosphere and decor are lovely. The food and drink offerings are excellent, varied and cater for all tastes and pockets. The starters are enormous! Staff are all very helpful, efficient and friendly while remaining professional.

Nothing really, although please provide options in addition to sourdough toast for breakfast (eg wholemeal).

Just a really Nice place to stay and experience. We didn't eat or get a chance to try the breakfast but all the facilities were really nice as was the room, with loads of nice little extras that are missing from so many places these days. Especially at such a good value. And all the staff we encountered were really nice and helpful. All you could ask for really.

Nothing that comes to mind.

Excellent location and extremely homely feel. Charming room on the second floor of this historic venue. Warming log fire in the lounge, lovely and helpful staff - nothing seemed too much trouble. Dinner in the lively restaurant was extremely good with top service - a good step up from the usual pub fare. Excellent value, too. A good bus service into Salisbury saving costly parking! Will stay again. Of interest, it is the only boutique hotel in Salisbury recommended by The Daily Telegraph!

Nothing, really!
