We enjoyed our time but being that it was New Year’s Eve we thought there was gonna be some sort of entertainment like they had the years past, but they didn’t. They informed us. They just had a jukebox.

No New Year’s Eve entertainment , an employee said that they were not making enough money so they weren’t going to do anything which was very sad so we decided not to rent there Next Year my family‘s actually been going there for the past 10 years for New Years very disappointed

The grounds are very spacious and architecturally beautiful. Furnishings and artwork throughout from locals.

The AC in our rom worked, but despite several adjustments, we never got the room as cold as we like. Also the pictures on the adverts are staged for photography and don’t reflect the actual situation. My husband commented about the discrepancy of the outdoor pool. I noticed that the indoor pool area was plain and did not match the lush greenery surrounding the pool, looking like an indoor greenhouse. Also the outdoor pool area is very dark. I used my cell phone flashlight to walk around, particularly the stair area where there is no lighting is a safety concern.

The room was nice and clean, with very nice w/ Southwestern decor and a gas kiva. Bed was comfortable, and the large screen tv was nice. It had a balcony but it overlooked the nearby industrial looking rooftops, so no bueno

The walk just from the check-in desk to the hotel elevators is so far that they had to put rest stop benches in the middle. Add the walk to your room when you get to your floor, then back past the front desk to the elevators that go to the casino, and it feels like at least a mile walk. This hotel is for the young and fit, not older folks with ailments. Didn't see any scooters so don't know if allowed.There were no bell hops, so carrying luggage that far was brutal. We spent a lot less time gambling because the long walk kept us from going back and forth from room to casino.

The property was clean and spacious. Staff was polite and attentive. Great outdoor space and lots of amenities. Lots of parking which was nice since I was driving a 16 foot truck.

The location was a bit off the ways. Price was also a bit high for the amount of time we spent at the resort. No breakfast was offered and food options were pricey.

The room was very clean, everyday they took care of it. The casino is always a fun place. The restaurant Iguana Cafe has good breakfast.

It looks that in the restaurant Iguana had problems with the staff, they were short of people and we have to wait more than 20 minutes to be seated. I did not like that they served breakfast until 11:00 am

Property was beautiful and clean, well kept.

Nothing on here or their website mentions the $50 per night deposit. The walls are also extremely thin, you will hear everything in the hall and next door. We would also have paid extra for a kid free side of the hotel, as there were a lot of kids who were loud and running up and down the hallway later at night.

The resort is well maintained, beautifully decorated and clean. Very inviting space. Good sized room with amenities. Indoor pool and hot tub excellent.

I was under the impression there would be complimentary breakfast but there may have been a misunderstanding on my part. Pillows were too firm for my liking and shower head made a bit of a mess as it seems to large for bathtub area.

Clean and well maintained, the art and decor is great. Rooms was great and love the patio.

Limited exit access from guest rooms. Only stairs close are posted for emergency only with alarms, forced to take the very long walk to elevators then to lobby to get to parking lot. No room service or mobile order with restaurants not convenient.

Beautiful decor with Southwest and Pueblo flair. Great pool area. Large facility and never felt crowded.

Wish there had been some better communication about the artist show; did not know about it until the second day; just never saw any advertising for the 280 artists in our area of hotel or lobby.
