Rodeway Inn of Espanola

The room and the rest of the motel were clean and in good repair. The room had nice wood furniture in it and a mini-fridge that was plugged in and cold inside when I arrived. There were clean sheets and a blanket on the bed, which I appreciated because I get cold when I lie down and try to sleep in an air-conditioned room. There wasn't a lot to the free breakfast, but there was plenty of fresh hot coffee ready at 6:00AM, packets of instant hot cereal and a microwave oven, and a small bowl of mini cinnamon rolls instead of stale donuts, and I don't usually eat a lot for breakfast early in the morning.

There was no elevator and my room was on the second floor. I was a very tired senior and had a hard time lugging my bags up the stairs. But in the morning the male desk clerk heard me struggling on the stairs and carried my bags down for me.

Location and price

Handicap room wasn't available when asked for one. Air conditioner went out the second night, so moved to a different room that had handicap bars in the bathtub. So, ended up being a better room. Continental breakfast could of had more choices.

The room was very clean and a good size to move around. Breakfast was perfect. your coffee was great and with all condiments full at all times. Every thing was awesome.

That you had no Lugge carts to help with your lugge,

I over heard a member of staff accuse me of taking something from the room. [I was carrying a box that I had received from my post office and I had taken it to my room when I checked- in] At that point- I didn't even acknowledge the accuser and kept walking . How irritating. People normally don't have to explain themselves to any one regarding their personal belongings. Anyways- I was quite annoyed when I heard a woman say I was stealing something as I was leaving.

The breakfast it was bad if you want to call a breakfast it was a great place but we won't stay there any more.

Room was clean and my mattress was VERY comfortable.

The breakfast was extremely limited due to their Covid-19 constraints There was no Kleenex in the room The morning staff was way overworked -- one person had to do housecleaning, breakfast, and check-out. (get more help or pay more!)

You had amazing staff. Anthony at front desk was amazing.

Breakfast selection was very minimal and i believe that they took oatmeal off. They offered muffins coffee and milk.

The breakfast was just a continental type. It could use some improvement.

The room type requested was not available. Just needed one bed. Had to pay extra for another bed not needed.

Not bad for the buck! Upgraded room was nice and clean. Quiet stay.... Anthony was very professional and had our room ready, extra blanket and towels.

Not enough parking with light.

The guy at the front desk upgraded my room so I could check in early thank god because at this point I’d been trying to find a room for hours n it was early in the morning
