Heritage Hotel became our home for almost two weeks after arriving in the US prior to a long-term apartment. The location is very convenient, and the amenities like pools and GYM are a great bonus of staying there. The staff is so friendly and ready to help. Great area to walk around

The breakfasts are a bit expensive in my opinion. Also, we had our A/C buzzing even if it was off and the block outside was really loud, especially if we had our windows opened at night.

The breakfast buffet was quite good, except the sausages were tough and difficult to cut into bite-sized pieces....

I asked the desk for an early wakeup call (1AM), and was assured it was put into the system....the call never happened, and I had to rush to get on the road to the airport at Newark to make my flight...NOT GOOD !!!!! ALSO....you need to have a means to print out airline boarding passes-You USED to have a computer corner next to the elevators where one could log in and print a boarding pass...it would add to the quality of services you provide !!!

Very nice and clean.

First night there, we checked in around 10pm. Got to the room and tv didn't work. Maintenance man came in but it couldn't be fixed. They where going to change our room but after driving all day we just wanted sleep. Told them the next day we would be out most of the day. Had to go and find someone about the TV. Yes they moved us. Still wasn't happy about it.

I found the entire staff to be amazing, caring, and on top of everything!! Mr. Tristan let us check in early. It meant so much to us. Also, I needed a different room( allergic to dogs). He immediately set us up in 302/ it was perfect! The gym and staff there-in are outstanding!Wonderful hot tub/ steam room/ Breakfast okay/ Mr. John reached out polititely to me! GOING BACK SOON! 302 was quiet!!

Could not think of anything/ the guest computer would not work/ minor!

Pool area was great, staff incredible throughout.

Pool seemed to get warm and cooler for some reason.

All the above. Staff was super nice. Very grateful for the use of their wheelchair.

The breakfast buffet was way overpriced. I forgot to let the desk know that the hairdryer didn't work and the lightbulb went out in our room on our second day there. I also wish the TV channels were easier to find .

The hotel was terrific. The catering staff was a 10 on a 10 scale. We were there for an expo and were very pleased with almost everything! The food looked and tasted great...and when something on the buffet was running low, the staff was right there with fresh and new to replace it.

The bed was too hard for my liking.

The area surrounding is fascinating. The hotel facilities were amazing too (GYM, pool, garden area)

I hope they offer a breakfast with the reservation not separately per person

I loved that the pet friendly room was on the first floor. That made it easier to bring in a crate and take the dog out

After looking at the menu online and then calling to order we were told the online menu was no longer valid. If the website can't be updated to match what's available perhaps a printout of available foods could be left in the room.

location and brilliant for kids

kids can not use the hot tub. and I do not see why not even accompanied by an adult , other places I visit had no issue with the kids and the maintenance man going around patrolling was like a Sargent pulling rank for this reason I will not be back .
