The location was good.
Breakfast could have been better. As for the rooms, I wish you would have a section of your hotels that accommodate pets and another section of your hotel that do not allow pets. For those of us who do not have pets, it is not fun to stay in a room where a pet has stayed. Actually we have been avoiding Best Western Hotels because of this but for this time, we chose to stay at one but will be avoiding them in the future if you still have pets in all of your rooms.

Man behind counter could barely be bothered to speak clearly, never got up out of his chair. I am ex military and expect men to act in certain ways. I understand that this is 2023 and respectful men are hard to find, but they will never go out of style.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was more than accommodating. The breakfast was great: eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal among other cold items. I stayed in 5 hotels on this trip and this one was by far the best.
Needs a microwave in the room plus the actual coffee pot; however, all of the hotels were minus the pot. Must be the new standard.

The breakfast was good but could have included a fruit. I enjoyed the egg and baloney sandwich but only got it once. The location was good.
The black chair under the table in our room had too many strands of dog hair. The toilet bowl had a small water leak to the front. The microwave needed a cover to protect ones food when being heated.

Good place to stay, close to interstate when coming from NY. Comfortable and clean. Not far away from a commercial area that gives access to dining and shopping.
Breakfast was pretty poor: little variety, little space for seating. For the price, you would expect more. Receptionist was kind, but giving limited support (I was looking for food in the night).
