Upon arriving on 12/16 I was greeted by a very pleasant and handsome man. He treated me like he knew I was coming and that made me feel welcome. Then we had an issue with the card machine and he got that handled in a very calming way. He told us where we could go eat. He gave a us a great suggestion. The next morning checking out just as personable as the gentleman the night before. We laughed and off I went. Also the restaurant where we had breakfast was very nice as was the waitresses. Thank you for making me feel comfortable.

I didn’t like that the bar wasn’t there. Lol

Staff was helpful. Paul at the Front desk was very helpful with info about what was nearby. The room was quiet and I was glad to be on the opposite side of busy roads.

I am still waiting for my refundable room fee of $25.

The staff was friendly and very polite! The bed and pillows were comfortable. The TV screen was large, easy to operate and we could hear it with no problem. The shower had great water pressure, steady hot water, and was easy to operate. I was very happy to have charging stations on BOTH sides of the bed! Also nightstands on both sides, along with the convenience of both a microwave and refrigerator with a small freezer. And I LOVED having a great restaurant connected to the motel! We had a delicious meal at the 99 Restaurant there, and it was nice to be able to just walk back to our room. We do not enjoy having to drive to a restaurant in an unfamiliar city after a long ride from where we live. I am VERY pleased with my stay and will definitely stay there again!

My gentleman friend complained that the bed was too high. There was no light by the full length mirror at the entryway to the room.

Good location ,easy to get in and out of property.Nice layout,modern in appearance. Clean .Tv was a nice size and the Bed was comfortable . There are a lot of Restaurants-in the area ,Steak house right down the street

Pillows could use some improvement, not comfortable , Not enough of them . toilets seat was loose. There is an on premise restaurant,but we didn’t find it that good. The French onion soup had too much bread in it and it sucked up all the broth. The boneless Chicken were Chicken Tenders.

I liked that it was very clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that 99 restaurant was attached. I had a very good meal there.

The entrance to the room should have a light so you can utilize the mirror that’s there. Bulbs in the lamps are also not bright enough. Could use more hooks and/or towel bars in the bathroom.

The food was good and the location was good as well

The girls were too busy taking in the back rather than the concerns of the customers

Very comfortable beds and pillow. The location was perfect for our trip. Very quiet.

One little issue: the toilet was leaking. It wasn’t a major leak and we had a spare towel we could use to clean it up. But I would definitely double check the toilets.

Good location, clean, very helpful staff.

No hot breakfast ever though it was advertised to have it. Even had large posters on the hallways marketing the great breakfast available.

The clerk that checked us in (Erika) was super polite and professional. If more employees did their jobs as well as she did, the world would be a better place.

There was a pet walking area. The room and amenities were nice.

We generally stay at places that include breakfast in the cost. This motel did not.
