The fact that the evening desk gal worked with us in getting our family a room when we had no money until the day after upon check out. Also, we traveled with two dogs who hate car rides, 20 hours from St Louis MO to Cape Cod Massachusetts.... Our poor Rocky got so sick in the room. We did all we could to clean it up and I was willing to pay an extra lot of money to apologize to the hotel but they didn't accept more than just a tip. The staff is absolutely beautiful!! We plan on staying at Hampton Inn always now, no more holiday inn for us.

It is conveniently located close to the event we attended over the weekend in Oakville, Connecticut.

The only thing wrong was the WiFi in the entire hotel went down over the weekend during our entire stay!😱 Was it out of their control? Who knows but we were told that the neighboring areas were also out of WiFi

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was there to great me when I came in and were very professional. I noticed in the bathroom the cleaning woman took the care to fold the toilet paper back. It is those small details that I have seen fall by the wayside during and after covid. It was nice to see them in a Waterbury hotel.

The breatkfast wasn't great. The eggs and sausage were clearly mass produced and not the best quality. But there were plenty of other choices.

I’ve stay at this hotel before, we stayed towards the back of the hotel, which I enjoyed more than the front room I was given room 219 was not a good room heard all the loud in and out of the hotel.

the room was very dirty. the tub was filthy. the rugs were sticky and dirty. the latch on the door was broken. I was dissatisfied with the room I was given. I didn’t think to ask for other accommodations, next time I will.

we enjoyed the bed which was comfortable. Breakfast worked out well - they should too go options to bring things back to the room or offer it as a paid service. The signing out of the pool was great - however there was limited towels and not clear signage on how to get more.

As mentioned the towels - there was some difficulty with the jet tub. An easy fix would be instructions on how to use it rather than leaving it under assumption. good to great hotels capture the small details. limited channels for children to watch which was a bummer that other subscriptions could not logged into to provide sane shows for the children but we made due.

The best breakfast we encountered at any hotel at Covid-19 times! Working and accessible pool!

Nothing worth mentioning

Check in was great as Gabriel gave us some great suggestions to get dinner. The room was nice. Breakfast was filling and our granddaughter loved her waffles. Would stay again if traveling near the area.

we were on 3 rd floor. being 70 plus we would have preferred the 1st floor.

The room was big and clean. The staff extremely friendly. The breakfast was great every morning.

The only downer were the pillows. They could have been firmer.
