The room was large and the bed was confortable.

The pillows they were small and the staff said the extra were locked up. The checkout time was pretty early 12 is were we stay.Sunday morning breakfast should be to 10. I understand 9 for week days. The pool room smelled like dirty feet. I felt like the hotel was a rules control not guest service. Another words our way or the highway.

The entire staff we met were exceptional in their professionalism and very polite and friendly. The breakfast was nice and very tasty......I would have liked to seen a nice fruit salad though, but everything offered was presented well and prepared to most everyone's taste.

Not much selection on the TV as far as available movies, a lot of infomercials and religious programs.

The rooms were a nice size. The beds were very comfortable.

I didn't like that I drove 300 miles to a hotel with an indoor pool so my son could swim and pool was closed and no discount was offered. If you advertise you have something and you don't your room should be discounted. The other thing I didn't like were the metal door stops, all morning long all you can hear is metal banging and it woke us up it was so loud.

The property is beautiful and clean! Breakfast was awesome ! Beds were very comfortable!

Needs extra blankets in room. When needed one was out. Needs different shampoo and conditioner in room. Maybe even defenders that smell good. Pricing was high for all services.

The location was excellent. Very clean. One of the best we have stayed at. And I travel a lot. The room was huge and clean. The bed was so comfy. Definitely, will be our go to place in Owensboro. Great value for the price. The lady at the front desk is Awesome!!

Breakfast was great! The woman who was in charge of the breakfast was very friendly and provided excellent service.

The only major issue was I could hear the TV next door when I tried to sleep. Other than that everything was great.

Excellent breakfast - the best we have had at a hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and informative at check-in. Room was perfect! Very comfortable and quiet. Loved the fact that the bathroom was large and not the size of a small closet like at most hotels.

The fence around the front of the hotel made it difficult to walk to the nearby mall and restaurants.

The room was spacious, and comfortable.

There was hair in the sink. The remote was hard to use. The rates were jacked up for an event in town. There was very limited parking.

Front desk staff was very helpful. I had ordered dinner from restroom across the road and they didn't give any silverware. I went to the front desk to see if they had any available and the guy working handed some over without hesitation..

Nothing that I can think of. Anything that was negative had nothing to do with the hotel or stay. If I have to stay something I guess it would be the waffle mix needed refilled so that I could have fixed a waffle for my son for breakfast.

Hotel overall seemed new and clean. The pool was great! Rooms were big. Comfortable stay.

Room had a bit of a wet dog smell but I had called asking about pet policy because I considered bringing my dog. It would have been an ideal room if I had brought the dog because it was near the side door on the first floor. They didn't charge me for a pet but I feel it could have been one of the pet rooms.
