The room was clean and everything worked just fine … the TV, Fridge, Micro were newer models… We will stay here again…

We were not impressed by the Breakfast… same things both days… my husband asked if he could have another Apple Danish and the man said in a rude voice, “their is no more”… Also the hours for serving breakfast should be extended till 9:30am…..

The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable… Nice location for going to concerts at the Ford Center… we went to see Kenny Chesney 😊

The breakfast time needs to be a little longer… plus, when my husband asked if there were anymore Apple Danish the man doing the breakfast that morning answered rudely, “that’s all there is” and walked away…

Breakfast was a limited, but adequate, buffet of eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, muffins, yogurtm coffee and juice. They eggs weren't exciting, but everything else was good.

There were some intital problems wioth the Internet. Reception followed up and discovered a problem with the provider, but supplied a work-around until the problem was resolved. Thanks!

The location is easy to get to - the hotel was clean - our beds were comfortable.

The breakfast hours are the same on the weekends as during the week. Most hotels have breakfast until at least 10. The breakfast closes at 9 and would be nice for it to be offered later on the weekends.

Considering the situation I was in with a failed A/C at home, Comfort Inn was an welcome oasis. The staff was very accommodating and I couldn't have had a better stay. Kudos to them.

There really wasn't a downside to my stay, all my needs were met quite handily. All I was looking for was a respite from the disaster I had at home. The people at Comfort Inn provided me that in spades.

Breakfast was great, better than expected. I was also very happy with being allowed to bring our rental bicycles to our room at night.

Not having access to the pool and not being made aware of its closure prior to booking our non-refundable stay.

The front desk staff was friendly, cleaning staff always busy ! Their breakfast had many choices and the attendant was on top of the food supply. Beds comfortable!

The bathroom is starting to get outdated. ( vinyl tub surround) The layout of the toilet to the door and bathtub area is weird. Our toilet needed to be plunged while we stayed.

The location of the hotel was good. The rooms were clean and well kept. The room had wonderful A/C. The complementary toiletries had a nice scent and feel to them unlike most hotels you go to. The little breakfast they had was alright.

Lobby restroom was in need of a deep clean. Wish the pool had been open but it is still spring time.

We have stayed in several different hotels in this location while getting our house ready for sale. This was by far the best from the sheets to the price.

Breakfast is hard for any hotel when you’re balancing against your occupancy. Waffles were good. I don’t typically make waffles but the other hot items were a little skimpy so it worked out.

Sam prepared a lovely breakfast and was very accommodating as well as friendly to me and the other guests. Alex from the front desk was equally as accommodating and friendly. My room was comfortable and exactly what I needed during my stay. Thank you!

There’s always room for improvement, but I think the Hotel staff is on par and are doing great!
