Reception at hotel was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, spoke Spanish and some English, explained dinner was available, where the bar was, if we wanted breakfast where to go and let them know before bed time. Bar was fun with a good range of Tapas, light meals or dine in main room, had a fabulous menu with healthy portions, either fixed or 'a la carte'. breakfast was a good range, even did decaf cafe. Room was spacious and had adjustable heating, bathroom large with good towels, slept well. Although nothing around to visit and as we were on Motorbikes it made no difference. Fabulous host, some staff only speak Spanish but as we could speak a little, not a lot, it helped. Defo go back, ideal base for the Pyrenees and beyond. Large car park and motorbikes could be viewed from widows. overall excellent

This is where to stay if you want to be part of the local culture. The hotel is excellent, the rooms are spotless, and the food is amazing. The owner speaks good English and is a wealth of information for things to see in the local area. The bar and restaurant are a constant focal point for the local people, which make staying at this hotel feel like you are apart of the community. At night things change, and the hotel changes from a popular hub, and is very quiet. Despite being on a main road, set back with ample parking, we never heard a thing at night. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food. A stay here is a good experience.

I spent three nights there, and it was an interesting experience because you really feel like part of the local community, especially on weekends. The place is very clean, although the internet can be a bit unstable, it’s generally acceptable. The mattresses are incredibly comfortable and definitely worth the stay. Additionally, the 50 kWh car chargers are a significant advantage, as they are the only ones available in the area.

In the rooms on the first floor you can sometimes hear noises from the kitchen.

Very clean hotel. Big and comfortable room. Comfortable beds. Heating worked very well. Parking gratis in the hotel. Hotel in the road to the valleys of Navarre.

Not situated in a village although it has a good restaurant. Many people stopped there from breakfast to dinner.

I was doing a solo motorcycle tour in Spain. I arrived after riding over from Bilbao. Jesus, welcomed me and spoke excellent English. I speak a little Spanish and he encouraged me to try. The single room was on the second floor, it was fine for a one or 2-night stay. Very clean and very comfortable. There is a luggage lift that they use to take your bags up. The breakfast is European buffet type. I bagged a ham and cheese roll for lunch! The restaurant serves large portions of VERY tasty local dishes. The starter would have probably sufficed. But i pushed on through the main :-). Would thoroughly recommend

I forgot to mention (but now reminded i will email the Ekai) the extractor fan in the bathroom seems seized. it buzzes and clicks. On one occasion it started and ran (speaking as an electrician i'd say it's done for and needs replacing). i got around it by just switching on the mirror light.

A very comfortable hotel with excellent staff and good food. The rooms are a good size, the bed very comfortable, a nice bathroom and the being quite a warm day, the air conditioning was on when we walked into the room. Free car parking within the hotel grounds is a bonus.

I used this hotel as a stop off while cycle touring and it was fantastic. They had safe storage for my bicycle, the room was clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful and the on-site restaurant and bar are great. Thank you for everything!

Convenient stop off hotel that I have used 3 times now. Great atmosphere with lots of non residents using bar and restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Sensible prices in bar and restaurant.

It was very busy indeed with a party on a Saturday afternoon and as a result evening dinner was delayed until 20.30 which is later than I prefer. However good food and service compensated.

Great stop off location between the Pyrennes and Picos. Rooms are a good size. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Evening meal was a bit rushed with main courses arriving when we were still eating starters.

Hotel was good and evening meal was excellent value for money. We managed to park the motorbike outside the reception and we were given a room directly above it with a very large balcony.

The breakfast was very disappointing, the coffee was cold and the cornflakes were soft.
