The location is so wonderful. In the heart of the historic part of Pamplona. Access to shops, restaurants and historic sites.

The bed. The bed. And the bed. I’m walking the Camino and the hostels I have stayed in offer much better beds. I do not understand how a hotel this finely kept and staffed can overlook this issue. The racks in my military days were better and more comfortable. Also - the beds at this hotel are really bad. Really bad. They have bad beds here.

Convenient local for participating the St Fermin Festival, especially running with the bull and bull fight. Hotel guests were free to watch the bull run in the balcony on C. de la Estafeta. Its one-star Michelin restaurant was good and staffs were very helpful and friendly despite the extremely busy season

Also the location as despite its sound proof window, it is too centrally located and the street around C de la Estafeta and Plaza del Castillo were like circus crowded with parties. Very noise overnight and not good for those who need to sleep

I loved how clean and comfortable the room was. It was small but for just one person it was more than enough.. They provide you with a spring water bottle and a small boiler with Nescafé instant coffee and teas which is very convenient for a quick fix first thing in the morning Staff at the front desk was really nice, giving excellent customer service.

It's located in what was a former residential building and to get to the lobby you have to climb some stairs, however the lady at the front desk informed me of.an alternate way to access without having to use them.

The Hotel was just off the Plaza del Castillo and perfectly placed to explore the historic centre. The Hotel and room were spotless. The parking was not cheap but well organized and central, hence the price. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The receptionist on Sunday morning, Susannah (Suzanna) was particularly helpful with visiting advice.

I was only there one night and didn't dislike anything.

Excellent location. Staff very friendly. Room clean and modern. Bed very comfortable. Parking was close by in underground carpark. There is a 15-minute hotel space right near the hotel which is convenient so you can pop in and pick up car park pass. Excellent Michelin star restaurant in the hotel.

Quite noisy owing to central location. Double glazed windows did a hood job of dampening most of the noise but if you are a very light sleeper it could be an issue.

Room comfortable if a bit small. Lovely bed linen. Kettle with tea coffee in room. Breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit, lovely breads, pastries, cold meat and cheese, also hot food eggs and bacon

Bring earplugs, if you ask for quiet room like I did, your room will be facing a street. We were facing estafa street which was noisy and that was midweek. Imagine the weekend s. Maybe quiet room possible if you pick interior room with no windows.

The location couldn't be any more central. Check-in was lightning fast. The small single room was small as expected but it was extremely thoughtfully laid out and had all the amenities you would expect in any good hotel room. So it ended up feeling fairly spacious. I would stay again.

Some details in the room needed a bit of attention, there was some rust under the sink, the shower was quite dark and a few of the bathroom tiles were loose.

Hotel is very central to the city. Room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of meats, cheese, bread etc. Hotel had allocated parking spaces in a nearby car park (fee paying). The hotel also has a Michelin star restaurant.

Bathroom would be better if it had just a shower cubicle and not a bath with shower - as room is quite small.

Small yet comfy room. Modern. Breakfast was sensational. Quiet which I needed because I was walking the Camino Francés and needed sleep.

Although the hotel has an elevator which makes getting a suitcase to the floor of your room easy, there are several 4 or 5 stairs up which you have to drag your bag(s) after getting off the elevator on your floor. Lugging a 15k bag even up 4 or 5 stairs is very tiring. From the outside, there are a LOT of steps to access the lobby. There is an elevator but it is not in the same space as the stairs to the lobby - the door is a few steps to the left, facing the hotel entrance and is locked so access from street level is not possible. I was not advised as to how I could get to the elevator to avoid climbing the extensive set of stairs from the outside.

The beautiful tiles in the bathroom and the general decor. The enormous bed and the mini fridge. The excellent television. Helpful staff on reception.

The Michelin star restaurant was too expensive for me. There a lot of steps in the hotel in addition to the entrance which is difficult when managing a suitcase, and also in front of the lift which I thought was dangerous.
