FPL transformer blew due to storm we came late at night because husband is 24 hour ozegen. Next day they posted it wasn't going to be back up until 8pm. I went and booked another day. At 3pm power was back in our home. Went back to try to cancel and was told that's not how we do business. So I left and sad the hotel still charged even though they could have rented the room again. So checked in at 11pm left next day at 3pm for 190.00

Had a problem with the key card .. it did not work .. counter person did help with activating a new one right away and sent the maintenance person to my room to check the battery.. it was OK .. no problems after that .. I have stayed there before and would continue to stay again in the future .. great location and staff is always friendly and room is clean and comfortable….

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Price was reasonably. Breakfast was included, it was ok.

The only issue I had with the hotel was that the breakfast had no meats. It would have been nice if there was bacon, sausage or ham. Hotel could use some renovations to the grounds and walkways.

I had to go to the Deerfield area due to a family emergency. It was a holiday weekend and there were not a lot of affordable hotels. I was pleased with Boca Suites. Though the common areas need some updating, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The common areas like hallways, balconies, elevators, etc. were a bit rundown.

I had an amazing time room was nice. The front Desk was awesome. The lost and found even had my items from a month prior.

Good stay, fast and convenient. Very safe. Little bit noisy at night because of the main road is right next to it. But overall comfortable and friendly staff.

Had to go to the second floor to get ice since the ice machine for the third flor was broken, breakfast was grab and go but the choices were horrible, processed foods like muffins, sausage nd egg frozen biscuit. could’ve offered cereal, fruit, or alternative foods other than factory packaged microwave food. The bathroom had a square panel that covered an area under the sink which had the actual plumbing pipes and that cover fell 3 times exposing the piping and raw cement floor. Not nice to look at and let alone having to touch that to close the hole.

I requested an Accessible ADA room 3 weeks prior and when we arrived they told us that there weren't any available The brochure and description shows a self catering hot breakfast and they gave us a brown bag with a muffin and frozen hot pocket. Need a better choice of furniture...most were blistering, bubbled edges must have gotten wet. And the ice machine was out of order

I was only there for one night. I wasn’t on vacation. The bathroom is super clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in a long time in a hotel
