Smell of weed coming from the other rooms. There seemed to be some shady long-term renters that possibly were subsidized. Definitely not vacationers.

Our honeymoon in Florida was unforgettable, and this resort deserves a significant part of the credit. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who were attentive to our every need. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to the owner for his care and attention. The hotel itself is stunning, with attention to detail evident throughout. The common areas are spacious and bright, while the rooms are large, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The cleanliness was impeccable in every corner of the property. The location of the hotel is another major plus point. It is situated close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk away, and is also in the heart of the city, with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. This allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation without having to use the car. We grew fond of this magical place and its fantastic staff, so much so that we left a piece of our hearts there. Perhaps "Bug", the hotel's mascot cat, also played a role in making our stay unforgettable! We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a dream vacation. It is a true paradise for those who want relaxation, comfort, and a strategic location.

I had the most incredible stay at this hidden gem! It's like stepping into a scene from a dreamy American movie – the place is simply enchanting. Every corner is adorned with charming details, making it a unique experience. What sets this place apart is the thoughtful extras. From beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, and towels to the delightful pink flamingos by the pool, they've nailed the art of creating a perfect retreat. The rooms are a true testament to coastal elegance. The soothing blue tones transport you to an instant beach vacation. The smart TVs with all your favorite apps make it feel like a home away from home. And let's talk about the owner – he's beyond amazing! Along with his fantastic team, they go above and beyond to ensure your every need is met. Staying here feels more like visiting a friend's house than a typical hotel. One night, they even treated me to some mouthwatering tacos, and we ended up sharing stories and enjoying music together. It's these personal touches that make this place truly special. They also shared some fantastic recommendations for local spots that made my trip even more memorable. This is more than just a hotel; it's an experience, and I can't wait to come back!

I sent a request to the hotel asking for the possibility of earlier check-in, because... We will arrive from the cruise to the port early in the morning. The owner told me that they would be able to accommodate us if a room became available early. And my husband and I were in a pleasant shock when the owner offered us a luxurious, huge two-room suite on the second floor without additional payment for occupancy! We were very, very happy! The bed has a good soft mattress and good pillows, the bed linen is white and has a pleasant fresh smell. Large kitchen if you need to cook something and several soft sofas. There is a swimming pool, sun loungers, chairs and umbrellas. The hotel is located in a very quiet residential area, close to the beach. We walked along the embankment both ways for several hours before dark and had a lot of fun. We liked this hotel and place so much and recommended! 👌

Ashley Brooke is just 1 block away from a long stretch of nice beach. This is exceptional for Florida, where in many places access to ocean is closed by private properties, here you have sand, trees, benches & picnic tables (all under the shade of trees). Also a few nice restaurants, the Whole Foods market near by. Resort has a great apartments with fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, and a bedroom. Also, a wonderful & lit ocean boulevard to walk at night!!

AC in the living room worked perfectly but the fan did not…

1 block from the beach, full kitchen stocked with all you could need (even an ice maker in the fridge), big screen tv with Roku. The very nice owner responded to an issue in the bathroom in <5 minutes.

the pool area is overcrowded with furniture which makes just walking to and from your room a bit of a dance. The bathroom door needs attention - didn’t close and the frame showed signs of rust…

Honestly I was a little skeptical because the price was so reasonable, but as soon as I walked in to my room I knew immediately I had scored a great deal! The location was great! The beach was about a 2 min walk. Pool was clean and my room was amazing! The bed was comfortable and the room was updated, modern and clean. I even had a full kitchen with a stove. They gave me a beach towel to use and also had chairs and umbrellas available if needed. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. They helped me out with any questions or needs that I had. I was in town for my birthday for 3 days and this place made it a success. I would definitely come back and stay here again!

Everything was great!

We arrived early and the housekeeper Gaby was still cleaning rooms and said we could get a free upgrade if we would wait just a few minutes and we accepted, we went for a quick walk to the beach while she finished. the grounds are clean the pool was beautiful and clean as well, we didn use the pool as it was a quick stay, but dipped our toes in for a quick minute, if you need they have umrbrellas, noodles,towels and sunblock for the beach. When we returned from the walk to the beach the owner Emre and housekeeper/check in lady Gaby checked us in quickly and gave us a key to the room(14). The room was beyond expectations, it had a large bed a pullout couch, a chair with a foot rest and some other seating in the bedroom/living room. there was a large screen tv in there as well. This unit was equipped with a kitchen, it had a full size refrigerator and stove with all the ameneties you could need, table and chairs in the kitchen as well, there was a large walk in closet next to the bathroom which had everything we needed. There was seating areas all over the grounds and a few resident cats greeted us as well, all very friendly! We would definitely stay here again!!

Emre the owner is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. His staff Gabriella and Laura were also very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was modern, clean and well furnished. Kitchen was also well furnished with all the tools needed to prepare a wide variety of foods. Nice swimming pool with beach towels furnished. Short walk to the beach with a great boardwalk for walking or running. Great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Their one bedroom apartment is spacious and has a beachy vibe. The room looked newly renovated. They even provided a memory foam for the sofa bed - an added comfort. Enjoyed the pool floats, and beach chairs. The beach was a 2 minute walk. The host and cleaning staff were nice. Nice to come back to a clean room. They provided ground coffee. My family enjoyed drinking the coffee.

The window units work hard to make the room cold. To be fair, humidity was high, and it was super hot outside. They do work well, though. There is no vent in the bathroom. It got warm in the bathroom.
