Ocean view from Deluxe King suite was amazing, every sunrise was thoroughly enjoyed from the wrap around balcony.

The ocean front deluxe room was amazing. Sparkling clean, breathtaking views of the ocean from everywhere, comfortable beds and great linens, beautiful design. The beach was great, clear waters, clean, next to the hotel, with showers and beautiful decks and pam trees, right on a boardwalk. The breakfast was great in a restaurant with ocean view. The guy who prepared the omelettes was fantastic. The food in the restaurant was a little bit expensive but very delicious and very beautifully served. The staff of friendly and professional. The hotel had good amenities such a souvenir store, clean restrooms everywhere, water for free, cozy lobby, luggage room. They offered towels for pool and beach use.

It is far from places to eat or grocery stores if you don’t have a car. The building is a little bit outdated. The last day of our stay, the ceiling of our bathroom started to heavily leak. The pool was overcrowded and looked dirty all the time.

Keeping up with the trash/dirty towels in the pool area (perhaps doing several round during the day) Being notified in advance about having to pay daily parking Not over cooking breakfast items (bacon wait too crispy and hard, eggs over cooked)

the rooms were very nice and modern. The location was amazing right across street from beach a very short walk. Breakfast was really good and complimentary. Pool service nice and really loved happy hour 2 free drinks per adult and snacks. a very pleasant surprise.

The loud noise while relaxing at the pool for remodeling. The many workers utilizing the elevators and walking around. The lobby was also being remodeled. The parking fee of $29 was egregious and was hidden in booking.com description. I did not know and was not happy about that. Especially considering it’s the property’s own garage and I parked it myself. The room description was VERY misleading stating 2 room 2 bath. It was one room with a living room. I thought we would have some privacy but we could not. A bit pricy including parking.

I love the ocean view and the beautiful pool. The scenery around the pool is amazing at night the chairs can at times be full of s as lot of empties and dirty towels only at night time though.

the hot tube wasn’t a hot tube time machine!! lol just kidding the hot tube was not working to it’s full capacity jet wise and it was filled with dead bugs. very opposite of the cleanliness of the main swimming pool.

We loved or stay. We will definitely be returning. we loved having two bathrooms, living room & bedroom. The king size bed was unbelievably comfortable. Our Omelet chef was amazing & fun to talk too. The entire staff were so sweet & kind. everyone was happy to help. The location is perfect. Beach front just Gorgeous as well as the pool area. We didn't wanna leave.

I honestly can't say there was anything I didn't like except for the long line waiting to get our breakfast Omelet, but what can you do? They're so good!

The size of the room exceeded our expectations! We never expected 2 full size bathrooms in our suite! Access to the balcony was nice so my bf didn't have to go all the way downstairs and outside to smoke. And the convenience of just walking across the street to access the beach was nice.

Breakfast was meh! The sausage used was not breakfast sausage. There was no French toast which is pretty much all my boyfriend eats for breakfast. I applaud the fact they are updating the facilities but, the construction noise was a little less than desired. The snack machine on our floor didn't work.

Room was very clean and well presented and love the breakfast as well beach was awesome. Overall all your staff was great and answered all question that was asked. It was awesome view from my room

The happy hour. I wish if you guys had 6pm to 8pm or at least 6pm to 7.30pm for the happy hours that would be really great. It would make more sense.

What a gem of a stay! I booked a night here on a last minute birthday trip for myself and it did not disappoint. Being able to walk across the street to the beach and use the key card to freely come and go into the property was so convenient. I upgraded my room to a suite at check in and the room was spectacular. Way too much space for one person but it felt like a real birthday treat. The staff was so accommodating and I felt relaxed and safe while enjoying the restaurant and pool area. Will come back anytime I come to Deerfield!

Location and staff were friendly. Room accommodations were comfortable and spacious.

Low water pressure in the shower. The breakfast food was cold to luke warm. Most mornings ,food trays were empty, and we had to wait for them to be refilled. Would like to be offered fresh cut-up fruit rather than whole oranges and apples.
