The hotel is on a wonderful location. 2 minutes walking down the street to find the beach and the pier. Price per room is reasonable. The Continental Breakfast was amazing. It has scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, yogurt, waffles (2 flavours daily), orange juice, apple juice and water with lemon, coffee, muffins and oranges. The dinning area is big. The hotel has a pool, bar area and a beautiful garden-patio. The staff is very friendly (the women who prepare the breakfast and the cleaning staff) Front desk people are very kind and helpful.

The $15 parking fee per night.

An excellent location, near to many shops and the beach. The room was large and clean, although could do with updating as the decor and facilities were a little outdated. The reception staff didn't really engage, however, Alex the maintenance man was great and helpful. Breakfast was adequate but all self-service, which was a little off-putting as I didn't know how to use some of the equipment.

It needed to be made clear that there's a $15 charge for parking each night, this can be excessive on top of the daily rate. Complimentary parking for hotel guests is much better. The overall inside decor and facilities at the hotel was outdated and could do with a revamp.

been in the place several times , before COVID, found the place very nice room very comfortable clean

that was not necessary to hold my bank account security almost $600 ,that I was charge for a pet never came,still waiting for that credit to my bank,I have travel half the world and was never ask for security,I'm not an en legal alien been in the country 70 years,that I found insulting.Like I wrote before clean well managed.

only gave 2 coffees for the 1st day for the coffee maker. No maid service so we were not left coffee for the next day. Also coming out of the elevator on our floor (6th) there was a mirror chest- the top completly covered with dust. never cleaned the entire time we were there. One time we were in the elevator with the maid- she had to see it but it was ignored.

Stayed on the top floor, 6, and loved having a little view of the ocean. Sheets and blankets were so soft. Great to have a mini fridge and microwave. Loved the very nice pool. Lobby staff and other hotel workers all very nice and friendly. Large kitchen area with no supplies? Whatever, maybe covid reasons. No dishes, flatware. Really liked the lobby coffee 24/7 and the 4 pm popcorn and lemonade. Nice friendly touch. We would stay here again. 1 minute walk to the beautiful beaches and lots of good restaurant options. We enjoyed Deerfield Beach. Thanks!

The elevator was pretty slow.

Breakfast was prepared on time and was delicious! We appreciated the hot foods as well as the yogurt and fresh fruit. Staff was there cleaning any small messes and very sweet. We had great conversations with staff by the pool as well. They were always busy, trimming bushes, and cleaning tables. We were greeted with a smile and kind words everytime we came in and out. We will definitely be back.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, store, and beach! Overall pretty clean and bed very comfortable.

The check-in process was very frustrating due to the older short lady at the counter. Apparently she didn’t know what she was doing when charging my credit card. After a long 9 hour drive the last thing a person want to deal with is problems checking into the hotel. Also there was a weird smell like wet pets or something in the hall.

I loved the morning staff and the night staff the pool the housekeeping the buffet was okay wasn't too happy about the eggs that were frozen the waffles were great coffee was good the lemon and water was exceptional

I didn't like the eggs on the buffet they're around flat flattered and pancakes eggs

it was small yet had everything you needed, it was in a great location, the staff was wonderful. I had a friend that had visited there many years and we made a connection and this young lady told me how awesome the staff was years ago and they are still wonderful today😊

it was nice and clean- no complaints except laundry room was small- dryer wasn’t good and took forever to dry

close proximity to the beach was the best part. breakfast was a bonus.

$15 extra per day for parking was an unpleasant surprise. our room was sadly right next to a noisy ice maker and the place was totally booked so we had to leave the bathroom fan on all night for white noise.
