Luckily there was a room available last minute while I was showing at the hamburger fairgrounds. It was fairly clean, and there was personal touches ( free cookies, water bottles, soup). The pool area was heated but the water was ice cold… could not swim. There seems to be very little staff working at all times. There was a man drinking out of a crown royal bottle and vaping in the pool, I also had to call down for a man pacing in the hallway and putting his ear up to room doors (he did turn out to be a guest) the manager was very reassuring when I called.

Breakfast was good. Nice variety of foods. The room was very large and quiet. I wish we had stayed longer to use the pool and gym facilities.

The room needs some upgrades. Bathroom ceiling needs help. The shower curtain has been pulled out of the wall a couple times and half ass repaired. Bathroom towels are scratchy and stiff.

The bed was the comfiest bed we've ever slept in! We want one for our own house lol. As soon as our heads hit the pillow we were out like a light.

There was a water damage spot on the ceiling, and the curtains were hanging off/unhooked in spots. The tv sounded muffled as well. No plastic cutlery, specifically spoons to stir the coffee.

Breakfast was good. Breakfast attendants were very nice. Desk clerk at checking was okay. Desk clerk at checkout not so much.

They could have fixed the in-room safe as requested. Was there for a week, they never did. Refreshing the room daily was nice, but only twice in seven days did they fill up the k cup coffees

There was a good selection for a hot or cold breakfast. The dining area was comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the small indoor pool.

The location is good, but the turn off the busy expressway is a bit easy to miss.

The rooms were great , beds comfortable, and the morning breakfast delicious. My only thing was is it took at least 5 min to get hot water to the faucet and shower. I ‘m not sure what was up with that. Bb

The older gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean by Carolyn. The lady that did the breakfast was so sweet to our family and our little boy. We were traveling from afar and passing through but I would highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was great, location, excellent. Clean. Much better than Comfort Inn we stayed in last year

The room was much bigger than I expected and the bed was very comfortable which is always a BIG plus! Breakfast was adequate and convenient, i.e. we didn't need to drive anywhere. The pool was an added bonus. Unfortunately we forgot to bring out swimsuits!

Nothing major. The remote control for the TV wasn't working 100%. We could mute it but couldn't control the volume. Minor problem. In fact, we forgot to mention it when we checked out. We always find the HVAC units to be noisy no matter what hotel we stay in.

It was just off the highway and it was clean and bright and easy to access

The window covering in our room was ripped off previously so nothing was there other than the sheer one , so we could not close the blinds fully.
