Was in Buffalo for my nephews wedding. The hotel for being older was actually super clean to include the parking lot and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was going to give the location a sad face but it was easy to find and right off rhe highway exit and there were a few stores or shops right by the hotel. I use to live in Buffalo and the area to be honest isn't the greatest. Also every thing seems to close way to early with most places being closed at or before 10 pm . So if your staying there and have let's say a late night craving for chicken or tacos etc then you would be out of luck as well as no dinners or any restaurants even close . But again the hotel and staff I would give 5 stars out of 5 stars with no questions asked.

The hotel was very clean and our king size bed room was well kept and we had no complaints. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The name of the hotel is misleading. It is a 10 minute drive from the mall and there is not much, other than a Wendy's in walking distance for food options. The mall area does have many food options. The breakfast option was limited due to COVID-19. They offered a bag including granola bars, a muffin and bottled water and you had the option of 2 kinds of Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches for microwaving. Coffee and various beverages we're available. Other than the location, the hotel was very nice.

The location was great -right off the highway and the breakfast was massive and hot! The value for your money and free parking was also great!

The room pillows were way too soft and the pool was not heated. Could also hear a lot of noise (during the night) from noisy/partying guests.

the pool was not inviting, lights were off which i am fine with just a bit about how they get turned back on etc so we didn’t have to hope they would turn on. a meat with breakfast would have been good jot just all carbs.

After booking at the Red Roof Inn in Hamburg, NY which ended up being a disaster. We were able to find “ The Quality Inn which was clean, accepting my dogs and had a light morning breakfast. The maids were wonderful, the front desk never failed to answer questions or provide needed services. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I’d go back anytime.

Everything was wonderful, the yard for pets was amazing.

The room was very nice and clean. The mattress was very comfortable.

The pillows were too soft. It would be nice to have one soft pillow for some people and firmer pillows for people like me and my partner.

Repeat stay here. Great location. Wonderful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included and delicious.

The Wi-Fi went down and so there was no TV. Was not repaired when we left.

Very spacious room. Everything corresponds to the description. Even late at night you can swim in the pool, open from 6 am to 10 pm
