The typical Embassy Suites never disappoints with its suite room layout. Ours was spacious. We were situated right in the heart of town. The staff was attentive and professional. The on site bar was in a more private area feeling more like a bar/restaurant. Breakfast was good and area was well run.

Not a criticism but more of a comment - for the size of the hotel, the breakfast area got very congested by 9 am due to its space restrictions. Just a heads up, it’s Valet Only at $25 a day

The room was very spacious and clean. Liked the location on the hotel.

Bed was uncomfortable. No pool at hotel. What bothered us the most was the hotel bar closing down so early on a night when there was a NHL game in town. There were a bunch of us that came back from the game with the intention of having a few cocktails at the hotel bar when we got back from the hockey game and the bar was already closed down for the night. With the amount of hockey fans staying in their hotel you would have thought they would have tried to accommodate us.

Incredibly spacious room with bonus facilities including a microwave in the kitchenette. The bed was large and comfortable and a good breakfast is served in the morning. In the evening, complimentary drinks and nibbles gave us another opportunity to meet other guests at the hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating when we were trapped in Buffalo during the Dec 2022 blizzard storms and a travel ban issued - which prevented us from leaving as intended and had to stay additional days at the hotel.

Could not have foreseen the extenuating weather circumstances which hampered our travels and ultimately prevented us from really enjoying our time at the hotel and our stay in Buffalo. I believe in different circumstances, we would have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The Sofa was a little worn and uncomfortable when called guest services for an issue with the Toilet not flushing was told there wasn't anyone to come for Maintenace until the next morning, , but I would definitely stay there again because of the location and staff.

that there wasn't any maintenance, service but they would switch you to another room .

Breakfast was very good.

When we called to ask about the difference between executive suites with various prices, person answered did not understood what we asked. Sounds like she was not familiar with the hotel, only reading a script kind of. May be outsourcing is the issue? Also our room was kind of not prepared, only half a toilet tissue in the bathroom, no shower gel and no blanket for the sofa bed

The lobby was lovely and the location was super, close to numerous restaurants & entertainment. The breakfast area was fully staffed with the kindest of employees and aside from the lack of fresh fruit exceeded our every expectation. Their waffle station was a big hit with our daughters, ages 10, 25 & 17. The beds, including the pull-out sofa bed, were more than comfortable and the room was quite spacious for our family of 5. We even had a stellar view out our bedroom window!

We were very disappointed that the pool was closed for refurbishment. Something like that should be mentioned, especially during the summer months. We happened to be visiting Buffalo when they were experiencing their second highest temp in recorded history. The front desk staff was not very accommodating when I asked them to look up my Hilton Honors number. As a customer whose father is a DIamond VIP for life member, I did not appreciate their lack of assistance.

Amazing breakfast—the omelette chef was awesome! Also, the nightly reception where guests can get two drinks and a few snacks was really great (though some of the bartenders were more outgoing than others).

Ran out of coffee and toiletries in the room after second day. If you book for 3 days, and they’re not doing regular housekeeping b/o covid, there should be 3 days worth of stuff there.

The complimentary breakfast was really lovely, way more than expected. The shower pressure was amazing! Everything was clean

The tiny square pillows on the bed are ridiculous. I don't know who thought those were a good idea, but honestly they are not comfortable at all. You roll over and boom you're head rolls off it. Very bad idea.

Our room was very clean and we had a great view of the city. The staff were above and beyond what we expected!!!! We overall had a very pleasant anniversary spent in downtown buffalo thanks in part to embassy suites buffalo!

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional! We don't blame the hotel for this at all, but the breakfast was hard to get the one morning of our stay. We wished there were disposable plates and forks so we could take our food up to our room so we didn't have to sit with the huge crowd of people in the morning. Other than that our stay was beautiful!

The location, the excellent staff, that there was security at the door. The valet parking (but 👎🏽 For them not telling is it would cost $25.00 plus tax) The breakfast was excellent!!! The staff, except the woman making the omelette were polite and helpful.

The refrigerator, microwave and surfaces were NOT as clean. It was a good thing I travel with cleaning and disinfecting products. The woman who prepared the omelette used the same DIRTY rag to wipe the burners, counter top and pans she used. When I quietly pointed out to her it’s not hygienic and would be better if she had a rag for each or disposable rags she began muttering under her breath. This after we just gave her a big tip $$ in the jar. As I mentioned above the fact that we only found out that there as an additional charge for valet was NOT cool. We shouldn’t have to find out on the bill/receipt. We would have given a tip because the service was excellent!
