The one front counter clerk was amazing during my check in. She had lighter coloured hair. She was warm and very friendly

The initial counter lady, dark hair, was not welcoming. She did not ask for my name. Just informed me that my room would not be ready until 2:00 pm. When I mentioned we put in an early arrival request. She repeated what she said before. We were waiting in lobby and others arrived around 1:30 and she began to book them into the hotel. When I approached the counter I was greeted by the other lady who as mentioned was very welcoming. The dark haired lady should receive some customer training since she is the face to your hotel.

Nice room. Good amenities. Breakfast was also nice.

We notified the hotel about a late check-in. When we arrived, which was just at/before 10PM, there was no one at the front desk, but a note was put up to say that the staff member was helping someone else. We waited for about 20 minutes, and then one of us called the desk. As soon as the phone rang the staff member came upfront to answer it. It was pretty clear they were not helping a guest but was instead hanging out in the back room. They also came across as as disinterested. Other staff members we very nice and friendly. It was just this one bad experience.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. The bathroom was spotless. The hot meal was delicious and there was a variety of breakfast foods to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

This was right off of I-90, which was handy for me as I was passing through and just needed a place to sleep for the night. The inside of the hotel was very nice, clean, and welcoming.

The cost - it was a bit on the expensive side and the breakfast was pretty average

What made my stay at this Hampton Inn great was the staff. The staff were extremely friendly from the check in to check out and all points in between. The room was very good, not great. Im very particular about hotel room details so I saw minor flaws in the bathroom that made me do a double take. Not a huge deal but I did notice. I was there as a quick trip to Niagara Falls. My husband and two teen daughters had a nice time. I can't emphasize enough how great the staff were. Keep up the good work and customer service.

Small issues in the bathroom. The bathroom toilet tissue holder was broken and falling out of place. There was electrical tape holding a piece of bathroom vent up. Im just extremely particular about bathrooms. I admit, I am a bit neurotic when it comes to bathrooms so I can be a bit extreme.

Several floors had out of order ice machines. Pool was locked, which wasn’t a huge deal as we were going to the beach.

Booking in was a breeze. No issues and the room was awesome. I liked that you had a book shelf with this to see around Buffalo. enjoyed my stay in comfort. There was only 1 issue and that is I couldn’t stay there for a couple more days. Thank you for an awesome stay.
