The staff was amazingly accommodating, friendly and responsive. We also enjoyed the Dove bathroom products. The blackout shades were awesome!! We appreciated all of the USB and outlets plugs. Approx 2 blocks from the Buffalo Passport Office (very convenient)!

The TGI Friday's that was in the same building was subpar and the bathrooms in the restaurant were gross (although Alex the server was nice and obviously overworked). I wish the luggage carts were larger. As we were close to the elevators, it was a little loud in the hallway, along with the room next door. Also, I wish the mini fridges still had a true freezer.compartment as I wish I could refreeze my ice packs. There were too many light switches in the room and I didn't know which switch turned on which light. No fan in the bathroom. The printer didn't work but a staff member let me email the hotel"s Gmail account and printed what I needed.

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and most importantly clean! The breakfast spread was wonderful and met everyone’s needs. I really like that there is a TGI Friday restaurant right down the hall in the lobby.

The only complaint would be the fact there is no parking for your vehicles on the property. There is a parking garage two blocks away where you can park for a additional fee which wasn’t much. It was $9 for our truck to stay there overnight. Honestly it wasn’t a big deal for us, we planned to use the trolly or Uber to the hockey game anyways. It was just walking to drop off the truck and walking the next morning to pick it up in the freezing cold that sucked. Like I said, not a big deal. We are not used to city life, so that’s probably normal for the location.

Excellent location. Public parking garage is a short block away. (Seriously people, it's not that far! Plus, the hotel offers a shuttle to/from parking if you need it -- most will not.) Metro rail was right around the corner. The room was spacious with a better layout than other Holiday Inn Express hotels. The staff was very welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning in the future.

The purpose of our stay was to obtain a passport. The location is perfect. We simply needed to walk down the street a bit to the passport agency. The friendly staff promptly informed us upon checkin that because of this, we automatically were granted a late checkout which allowed us to tour the U.S. side of Niagara Falls while we waited for my son's passport.

No parking and one needs to park at a public parking garage a few blocks away.

I've stayed at this hotel at least yearly for the past 100 years. Love being in the heart of downtown; easy to walk around. This time I had a flight cancelled at 5:00 a.m. that I didn't know about until we got to the airport. I called the hotel and Jack put us back in our same room and sent a shuttle for us since we had just returned our rental car. The breakfast is excellent for a "free" breakfast.

I wish they had on property parking but it is downtown Buffalo and there isn't much of that. There is a nice parking garage a block away.

The Breakfast was good and the location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our suite was very big with two tv's and a comfortable chair.

There is no parking lot on the premises and you have to find parking on the street. We ended up getting a forty dollar ticket. The Attendant said we could park anywhere on Washington Street or Main Street t. We parked On Washington street and got a ticket.

This was easily one of the best places I've stayed in. The room was comfortable and big I felt like I was in my own apartment. I also like the flexibility of bringing back people for a drink. Next time I hope to share my room with something.

The area itself did not have many shops or restaurants that were open at regular times. Finding somewhere to eat was very challenging. I needed to walk a mile just to get a bottle of water . Minor if you know how to use a food and uber app.

everything was clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable. Convenient to town ballroom. The man and older lady at the front desk were very polite and helpful.

when we first got there, we went to our room 203 and as soon as I opened the door all I could smell was cigarette smoke. I went to the lobby and they gladly switched me rooms. everything after that was great.

Breakfast was decent although it was the same every day,exact;y the same, and on the last day there was no sausage. Location was great, close to the Theatre District and having a TGI Fridays attached to hotel made supper easy. Room was very roomy and comfy, enjoyed that for sure. Great people, everyone was polite and courteous.

Like i said about breakfast, a little more hot options would have been nice, bacon or ham or somthing and maybe scrambled eggs instead of omelettes every single day. Parking is an issue for sure, walking two blocks every day to check on your vehicle was a pain in the neck.

B.W. and Mario at the front desk were very friendly, professional, informative and helpful. The room was uber spacious, very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the Passport Office (the main purpose of my stay) and walking distance to numerous restaurants.
