Everything was very suitable. When we pulled the sofa bed out, there was a childs dirty sock in there and mattresses weren't comfortable. We had 3 rooms booked for our group, so took off the mattress out of one of the other sofa beds and it was very dirty under the mattress..beads, crumbs, etc. That mattress was not great either, but it made it more comfortable with 2 mattresses to sleep on the sofa bed.

Front desk was very accommodating to get our whole group of 7 a shuttle to the airport in the morning. Breakfast was out a bit earlier than 6:30 so we could all have a quick bite before we had to leave at 6:30.

I was not expecting this facility to be as exquisite as I found it to be. The room was VERY clean and the decor is lovely complete with a large mini fridge and microwave!!! The FRESH breakfast is a delicious addition to the hotel and adds to the overall experience!!! I would love to make this my "go to" hotel chain as I found my local hotel in College Park, GA perfect!!

The bedframe. I found the bedframe to be a bit unaccommodating of larger framed people. I found the frame to sound as if it were breaking on me AND it is a bit too low for tall folks. May I ask that the housekeeping department take time to defrost the mini fridges as the freezer in mine was in need of defrosting.

i liked everything about the property. i would definitely stay here again. clean rooms, clean bathrooms, great customer service, no one barging in our room or any problems with safety. had sufficient plugs, tv was working, everything was very clean!

turning into the parking lot was difficult with traffic & the limited parking but that’s how most hotels are. the elevator was definitely as ghetto as other reviews stated, choose to use the stairs instead because the elevator was too slow and dingy. but none of these problems will deter me from staying again.

"Suite" was really just a larger room with a sofa. There was broken car glass in the parking area - not sure how secure it is.

The inside of the hotel was very clean, as well as the room. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I thought on the whole the remodeling of the hotel on the inside was beautiful. We enjoyed breakfast for the most part but thought there could've been more variety. It was a very convenient location for us because we had family nearby. I would definitely stay again.

I thought the outside grounds, garbage area and back area of the hotel were dirty and in disarray. The parking was difficult because at times there weren't enough spaces. There were not many things I didn't like. We enjoyed our stay.

Love everything, room was big, clean, comfy and everything works, WiFi and TV, heater was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They accept late checkout for later flights and I paid 30 USD more to stay till 3 which was a decent price rather than pay an entire night. Highly recommend this hotel. Parking available and easily accessible as well. The free shuttle to and from domestic airport was a huge plus and came every 30 mins on both destinations.

Close to the airport, provided a shuttle, staff were pleasant and efficient, room was clean, and bed was very comfortable. I had an unexpected layover in Atlanta and chose this hotel Based on price. I was pleasantly surprised to discover the restaurant was still open when I arrived at midnight, and I was able to Get a warm sandwich, which I very much needed after having been on an airplane most of the day. The shuttle starts running at 5 AM and the free breakfast starts at 6 AM.

Breakfast was good and breakfast staff was so nice! Conveniently located near the airport and Marta stop. The bar/restaurant had amazing staff and great food! Such a bonus!!

Front desk staff was a little curt and acted like we were bothering them at times. I felt like we had to fight for clean towels each day. They made us bring the dirties to the lobby before we could have clean ones. Made us feel like we were trying to steal them or something.

Very comfy bed, we arrived just before reception closed at 11. Shuttle only goes to Domestic flights terminal and from International we had to take a bus to Domestic for which the queue was endless so we ended up taking a taxi/Uber approx 35usd. Breakfast was simple but enough to keep you going. The only negative was the noise being next to the road and the massive AC/heating noise; we had to switch it off even if the room was a bit chilly ( window didn't close fully and it was cold outside)

A young lady named Cherea! 🎉🔥💪 She was the only representative at the main desk. Not only was she assisting one person, but two at the computers while assisting another one the side, and receiving payment from a store section on the opposite side. She smiled, was professional, and friendly the entire time. This is the most exceptional service I have ever experienced. This young lady needs a raise and a promotion. The whole time, Miss Cherea was in a tight to use the restroom. I informed Miss Cherea I would gladly wait for her return. No one should ever hold their bladder for any reason due to causing further damage to themselves. After check-in, the line was still growing and handled by Miss Cherea.This young lady knows what great customer service is and needs to train all hotels. Please do not overlook Miss Cherea. She is a valuable asset. 🔑Also, please get more staff at night, so Miss Cherea will not get burned out. 💯✅️🎯

Maybe more signage in the room about the amenities in the cabinet (Didn't know until afterward with another family member's room).
