This hotel is new, well designed and located in the Belgrade suburb of Altina. The staff accommodated each of my requests (hold luggage until check in/after check out) easily with smiles. They are considerate and made my stay easy. The rooms are well appointed, windows with screens and a fridge (so super). Wifi and outlets were perfect for my online work. Cleanliness, friendliness, fresh linens are all above expectations.

Not a tourism area so I recommend Dona Altina as a base for exploration if you have a car.

Room is clean, staff is friendly and the hotel is cool.

The location of the hotel is a little bit far away from the city center. If you have your car that is amazing, there is a parking place in the hotel but if you don't have a car be careful of taxis in the evening, those are pretty expensive.

Location was great, room was overall really comfortable and clean. Used it for a layover from the airport, it's roughly 10 to 15m away. Good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well. Super friendly and helpful staff that called me a taxi back to airport.

No AC made the room incredible hot and stuffy and difficult to sleep in. The hallways have ac and it didn't make sense why the hallways and reception was a much better and cooler temp than the room.

Whooping 100mbps/100mbps WiFi in the room. Mini fridge with freezer. Comfy bed. There is a supermarket just below the hotel. There are couple of coffee shops around and a bakery. Private parking space that is monitored by 24/7 reception. Staff is very friendly and speak English very well. On my check out time, receptionist went above and beyond to help me out with my special request. Thanks!

Everything was quite nice. Location is not central Belgrade but I knew that before booking.

The property easily accommodated a family of five on last minute booking in two rooms next to each other. Clean, comfortable and good enough for a stop on a way. Free private property. Easy access from the highway. A supermarket and bakery nearby.

It was a bit too heated during the night. Opening the windows let the traffic noise in. It’s in what looked as poor, but calm and safe suburbs.

For the purpose of my trip location was very good. There are few diners, ATM and Grocery Stores. It is very easy to reach from the airport and it took me only 10-15 minutes to get to the hotel. Neighbourhood is very calm and I have not been distracted by the street noise. Staff is very friendly, they could help me with all my requests. My room was spacious enough and clean. Overall, if you need a small and friendly place for very good value, then it is a good spot.

There was some smell in the bathroom, probably bad plumbing but it was not disturbing so I did not mention it to the Staff. My only concern was noise from the corridor. Noise isolation is quite weak and I could clearly hear voices and sounds from the corridor. But again, it was not a big concern for me so I did not mention this to the Staff.

From start to finish, the staff at your hotel were exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their genuine care and professionalism made my stay truly memorable. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality.

New and in general clean property.

Few things: 1. The provided crib was charged (5 EUR) and it was dirty. The sheets were ok but the crib itself was very dirty. For something which is free of charge on 99% of the places, paying for dirty crib is ridiculous. My kid end up sleeping with us on the bed … which wasnt pleasant for anyone. 2. Quadruple room - two rooms but both of them were very small.

Smooth arrival, easy and fast checkin, been helped with my luggage, all needed info given (WiFi, early checkout, wake up service, booked taxi for me the airport - cheap, hot water for tea&coffee, smoking area). My room (nr.2) was super clean, fresh towels, comfortable bed, silent - perfect room for my short night stop in Belgrade. As an experienced traveler, I am glad I chose this place - highly recommended.

The pillows for me were too big and high, but, it is something personal for my back.

Very clean hotel, room comfortable, staff friendly and efficient. 10/10 for all these things.

Hot water in shower ran out halfway through. The location of the hotel isn’t great, it’s neither in Belgrade nor in Zemun old town. It’s 4km from Zemun on not great pavements.
